Burger King in Freehold

“I used the drive thru for my order. My order was taken quickly but I was told to pull up to the curb. I had to wait more than I had expected. There was another car in front of me also waiting for their food. The whopper did not disappoint. Fries were hot. I will go there again.“

“The worst thing about this Burger King is the customers. I've seen kids steal from it by filling up water bottles with soda. Some guy today was theatrically pulling pickles off his three burgers right at the counter, and made some explitive-filled comment to me about never getting his order right. I don't know why these sort of people expect you to nod in agreement or whatever, but I let him know I wasn't interested in his thoughts. Then, in a rude tone, he demanded that one of the employees heat up his food. These kind of people probably behave like this everywhere they go, and it's a shame employees are expected to deal with it. Many customers don't speak to the staff like fellow human beings. I'm giving this 5 stars, not because everything was exceptional, but to send a message that people need to check their expectations when it comes to cheap, rapidly assembled food. And there's a nice way to make a complaint, if you're into being a male Karen and all.“
