Absolutly horrible watching a 80 yr old woman with a 6 or old kid trying to figure out how to use the kiosk noone would help her everyone kept walking by. No one spoke English enough then she couldn't figure out the soda machine. I explained to her how to get ice, yet the lids and straws were on the other side of the machine. So she was trying to carry 2 sodas with no lids maybe they should give the lids and straws when they give you cups. Each time she tried to ask for help they kept pointing at the screen and telling her redo redo redo very sad !

I had a very unpleasant experience with a man who works there, an older gentleman, who sold me cold fries. And to top it off, I told him I didn't want onions, and he still put them on. It was awful because I was on a long trip when I wanted to eat them. I realize this, and I don't recommend that place. ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป

The worst thing about this Burger King is the customers. I've seen kids steal from it by filling up water bottles with soda. Some guy today was theatrically pulling pickles off his three burgers right at the counter, and made some explitive-filled comment to me about never getting his order right. I don't know why these sort of people expect you to nod in agreement or whatever, but I let him know I wasn't interested in his thoughts. Then, in a rude tone, he demanded that one of the employees heat up his food. These kind of people probably behave like this everywhere they go, and it's a shame employees are expected to deal with it. Many customers don't speak to the staff like fellow human beings. I'm giving this 5 stars, not because everything was exceptional, but to send a message that people need to check their expectations when it comes to cheap, rapidly assembled food. And there's a nice way to make a complaint, if you're into being a male Karen and all.

The worst Burger King in the history of mankind you will get your food faster at a five-star sit-down restaurant
Served food is cold. Wraps are straight from refrigerator. Chocolate Cookies are harder like never seen before. Those called fresh. Wake up burger king. Food is expensive too.

the worker got mad at me for ordering the naruto toy and gave me the haruna toy instead, he gave two, i asked for naruto

Gave me two Haruna figures in two separate kids meals.
Unfortunately, us old folks sometimes have a problem with the self-serve kiosks. My wife doesn't like anything on her burger, and that can be problematic. Please have someone available to help us.

This place sucks they were talking and not giving me food so I left
They got my order wrong. It's on a highway i went through the drive thru, so by the time I saw it. It was too far to go back. Bk is franchised, so you have to go back to the exact restaurant to get a refund. And the burger was cold. Horrible service.
