They got my order wrong. It's on a highway i went through the drive thru, so by the time I saw it. It was too far to go back. Bk is franchised, so you have to go back to the exact restaurant to get a refund. And the burger was cold. Horrible service.

I have already visited other Burger Kings but this one has the best employees and above all the girl was very kind and attentive. I don't know what her name is but I thank her for her attention ☺️☺️☺️ It's a shame she can't come back.😟
Horrible horrible and disgusting. should be ashamed to serve what they are to customers. Food was cold. Somehow burger tasted raw and like old meat. The guy working the window was rude and frustrated. No care put into the product food was absolutely horrible wasted 30$ and my son and I just threw away the food after the first bite. The meat tasted bad and probably shouldn't be served.

I have eaten here a few times and have had somewhat a bad experience with my orders. I had orders missing food and was given the wrong food. The staff barely spoke any English and had a difficult time communicating with them about my order. The sandwiches were squished and did not look appetizing to eat. Could do better in customer service and food presentation.
