They got my order wrong. It's on a highway i went through the drive thru, so by the time I saw it. It was too far to go back. Bk is franchised, so you have to go back to the exact restaurant to get a refund. And the burger was cold. Horrible service.

I have already visited other Burger Kings but this one has the best employees and above all the girl was very kind and attentive. I don't know what her name is but I thank her for her attention ☺️☺️☺️ It's a shame she can't come back.😟

Horrible horrible and disgusting. should be ashamed to serve what they are to customers. Food was cold. Somehow burger tasted raw and like old meat. The guy working the window was rude and frustrated. No care put into the product food was absolutely horrible wasted 30$ and my son and I just threw away the food after the first bite. The meat tasted bad and probably shouldn't be served.

Expensive 3 maple bacon burgers, crispy chicken sandwich, no lettuce, no tomato, maybe a slice bacon cut in two, extremely unhappy, and so was the server, never again.

I have eaten here a few times and have had somewhat a bad experience with my orders. I had orders missing food and was given the wrong food. The staff barely spoke any English and had a difficult time communicating with them about my order. The sandwiches were squished and did not look appetizing to eat. Could do better in customer service and food presentation.
Drive through, servers were great, food was good as always, glad that BK is offering affordable options now.

So I go in and order because every time I go through the drive through they never get my order right and its always cold how is it that u try to remove an item so you can try to get a fresh burger and still they manage to give u cold burger so annoying then once order done I of course have to talk to the manager because my food cold and missing items and guess what? The manager didn't read English or didn't know how to read sad. He was getting annoyed at me when he was the one that doesn't read Its a shame I love burger king but I'd rather go to McDonald there fresh hot French fries and burgers that are always nice and hot and worth all that money they charge. Freehold Burger King cmon you can do better this is why ur always empty.
