We tried Charkol for the first time yesterday and we’ll definitely be back! It’s a lovely restaurant, with a calm, upscale vibe. The service was extraordinary! Christine was attentive but not smothering, made great suggestions, and elevated our experience. The food was delicious!! We had the ricotta and Waygu meatball appetizers, braised beef gnocchi, scallops, rigatoni, and hot honey pizza for our mains, with sides of mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Every dish was full of flavor! Would order all again. We will definitely be coming back to try more!!

My husband and I went to Charkol for a date night and it was awesome! Our server, Christine, was sweet, funny, and gave us great menu advice. Her recommendation to have the house-made ricotta app was spot on! The steaks were perfectly cooked and the brussel sprouts were slammin! We will definitely be back. A/C was not working well , food was ok more expensive then Gabrielle’s steak house which I find better service , better atmosphere & overall better experience… server received an $80 tip & I had to get up & ask for a wine glass ( byob) it was mediocre especially for what they are charging ! Not worth it .. my opinion go to Gabrielle’s you will be much more satisfied ..

Everything about our experience at Charkol was top notch. Our server - Marisa - was one of the best we've had in any restaurant. She was attentive but not overbearing and made excellent recommendations.
The crispy gnocchi appetizer could have been a meal and the short rib gnocchi, skirt steak, and garlic mashed potatoes were absolutely incredible. Portions were so big that we took leftovers of everything. We split the peanut butter ice cream pie, which was delicious. Would absolutely recommend Charkol and we plan to be repeat customers.

Went for Valentine’s Day. The Pre fix menu sucked!! It wasn’t not enough options and very Basic! Ambience was nice though. The waiter was also nice too but took forever for food to come out (gratuity was included). $400 was the total bill …just for spicy vodka pasta , reg size ribeye(with small lobster that was over cooked and salty) & two sides!!! Dessert we had the option of vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Lol Waste of time and money. I was very upset and embarrassed for choosing this restaurant. I’ve been to many five star restaurants that were great and paid way less. Wouldn’t have mind paying that much if it was worth it. Idk about the regular menu but THAT WAS A RIPOFF! DONT go here especially not on Valentine’s Day smh.

First time here and food was great! Octopus and truffle bites to start were awesome! For our mains my wife had the Lollipop Lamb and I had the dry aged Cowboy Ribeye. Both were phenomenal and Christine our waitress was very accommodating even though the stairs wore her out! Thumbs up!!!

First time coming here and we came for Valentines Day 2025! The place itself is absolutely gorgeous. We didn’t even try to find parking, valet is 100% worth it. The staff is amazing, Jeff our waiter was absolutely magnificent! We cannot wait to bring our friends and family here. Food was to die for! Dessert is not their forte but everything else is absolutely perfection! The char on the STEAK OMG! They are BYOB! Again Jeff our waiter was the BEST!!
Had my dad’s bday at charkol and Christine was my server, the food was great, service was better. She was absolutely amazing in describing the menu and pushing us to get the roasted clams that were amazing as well as being honest and not letting us over order and of course letting us know what steaks were the best for the price. Shout out to Kevin who she introduced us too and is the absolute king on the grill. Cant wait to go back because of them.

We went with 10 people to celebrate two birthdays….. not only did we wait an hr for our Appy… we waited another hr for our steaks…. The pizza was tasteless and cold… we ordered 4 steaks and they were cold and sinewy . Some were not done enough and others were over done…such a disappointment ! Will never go back … this place is going down hill and the owner didn’t care about our complaints

Wow. What a disappointment. Went there for a birthday celebration on Thursday night. The restaurant is nicely decorated and our waitress was very nice but the food, oh the food… some of it was not even edible. The octopus was burnt (not charred), tough, and chewy. The truffle bites were just stale fried gnocchi. The halibut was not edible. Oh, and the steak.. It was cold, even after I sent it back it came back after one minute cold again, even the sauce was cold room temperature. The waitress was very apologetic, but if they couldn’t get it right twice they would not get it right. The bread pudding was decent. Makes you wonder with all these great reviews, who is eating at this place..
