Such a great restaurant! One of the best dinners I’ve had in a while. Everything was so good between the food and the service and the atmosphere! My steak was phenomenal and so was the dessert. Our waiter Kei was one of the nicest waiters I’ve ever had and was very attentive and super sweet! Definitely coming back again soon!

I have eaten at many high-end steak restaurants, and this one hands-down wins the prize for the best quality food especially if you’re not a steak eater there are many options. The steak was delicious. The pizza was delicious and the appetizers are the size of an entree. Request Christine , as your server she is the best.

Waiter was dismissive and unfriendly, trying to rush our order and looking obviously annoyed to be at our table to wait on us. Waiter told us that the caesar salad was going to be 'large' and it was recommended to us that it be shared between two people. The salad was just a whole romaine head cut in half and grilled. Lamb lollipop was tasty and tender. Filet Mignon sandwich with truffle fries was very good. Their special aged rib-eye was nothing special. I could easily goto Outback to get a steak of this quality and flavor for 1/3 the price. Decor and ambiance was nice.

Saw Char-kol on a reel that came up on my Instagram and immediately booked a reservation for my partner and I’s anniversary because they LOVE steak! Our experience was more than satisfactory! The place is very modern and chic. My only complaint was that the music was louder than one would expect, but died down at the end of the night. Mainly came to write a review about our amazing server Jeffery! He provided us with truly outstanding customer service. I don’t go to a lot of fancy places, but I was very impressed with Jeffery’s wide variety of knowledge about steak and of course Char-kol’s menu. Thank you so much Jeffery for going above and beyond for our special day with my last minute request of “sparking” up our dessert! If you come here, please request Jeffery! He is genuinely kind and patient towards his guests! ?

Amazing experience! Went there with our 4 month old who unfortunately was having a tough time. Christine and the staff were beyond accommodating to us. Little ones should be able to also get to experience new things even though it may be rough. As new parents it was a breath of fresh air to see how accommodating the staff was to us. The food was exceptional and so was the service! Would definitely recommend any revisit ❤️

We had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time to get seated. One drinking glass had to be replaced because it was dirty, another plate had to be replaced because it was cracked and even the second one was cracked (gave up at this point). Had to ask the staff 2 times to obtain a soda. The corn chowder was all liquid with a few bits of corn as compared to chunky versions I’ve eaten elsewhere. We asked for the steak to be medium well and it was rare. Overall not impressed for the price paid ($900 for a party of 6). Would not come back under any circumstances.
