Horrible customer service!!! Ordered something online and when I got there the food was completely different. The website did not state the "extras" that were in the order. Things I couldn't eat because of an allergy and they told me it was my fault I should've called and ordered, not ordered online and made me pay for it. Horrible customer service rude.

Well let me start by saying there 13.00 6 mostly small spareribs were dry and all burnt.was terrible. And the pork fried rice for almost 12.00 with hardly any pork and the rice was so dry and nasty.the egg rolls are getting smaller and smaller.as everything else.and they keep raising there prices for less amount and definitely not the same quality..sad to say.ive been buying from them for year's as all my friends are.but no more. Where all done.thats 23 people that won't order from them anymore..food used to be delicious. Now its expensive junk.

I do miss the Chinese restaurant that used to be here to be honest but Chen’s doesn’t disappoint. They’ve been here years but I still keep thinking they’re new. From the start they had their act together. The menu is huge with Thai and Japanese options as well. The food is almost always great and the service is fast. We order take out from here almost weekly. Lunch combos are a great deal.

When Szheshuan closed we were very dissapointed because we have been going there for many years. Now we have a new place with great food and service Chen's Asian Bistro.

Went there for lunch for two the place was empty with only one set of people at a table the lady looked at us and walked away never came back after about 30 min of nothing we had to leave just not worth giving my money up if I’m gonna be looked down on
