I spent $18. $18 in this economy on a meal for one person. The fries were very old, dried up and over cooked. The strips were also old. The side cheese sauce was hot and fresh, the cookies for ONCE were warm and fresh. The fries and strips were BARELY warm.
They finally remembered my sauces.
I’m not the kind of person to take food back as we all know we don’t want to be susceptible to getting tampered food in the name of “making it right”.
Very very disappointed…And I noticed the food quality declined in my last few visits here. I also noticed I don’t ever get the survey on receipts 🧾 anymore . Interesting.🤔
Though I live in The area, I’ll drive down to Howell location completely out of my way or even Hamilton. I will not visit here again. Not a single dime of my money or my appetite will be taken for granted.

I’m always fascinated when I come to this location how genuinely poor the service is. It’s almost like they’re trying to be that bad. I can’t fault a bunch of kids for standing around not wanting to provide service but there seems to be no managerial presence ever in this store. Zero initiative and I normally wouldn’t care at a fast food restaurant but for a company with the catchphrase “my pleasure” it really seems to be the complete opposite here. Just an absolute social frat house in the back of the house.
Food is always sub-par at best. If you ever do brave coming here, don’t mobile order. They will just stare at you and continue to help the next customer at the kiosk or prioritizing the drive-thru line.

Some of the rudest Chick-fil-A workers I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. Especially Dani who was talking about me to her coworkers right in front of my face. I don’t know what they are teaching their workers but maybe they start with basic etiquette. I will be back to speak directly to the owner about Dani’s behavior.

Typical CFA. overly nice staff, over-rated food. Not a whole lot of options - Chicken nuggets (diced chicken breast) or chicken sandwich. Personally, I feel the chicken sandwiches are too thick. Overall, it's tasty, and their waffle fries are some of the best fries in fast food. As with other chains, if you've had it at one, you've had it anywhere else.
