I went through the drive-through and everything was great so far until I’m waiting for my food after I just paid I hear someone who I assume is the manager talking to the kids working in such a condescending tone asking why things weren’t done. It was such a hostile tone in front of all of the other workers that he even made me uncomfortable, and I can only imagine how the worker felt being spoken to like that. Another worker ended up, giving me my food and apologized and said he felt so stupid and I said that he had nothing to be sorry about. I understand no matter their age a job needs to be done but no need to embarrass them in front of their coworkers and customers. Pull them aside at least. At the managers grown age he should know how to talk to people and be a leader.

We have been eating at Chick-fil-A for over 10 years and always enjoy the food, but this particular location has consistently been disappointing. we ordered meals for three, and both the chicken and fries were overcooked. The fries looked and tasted like they had been recycled from the previous day—dry, broken into small pieces, and far from fresh. Very disappointing compared to the quality we usually expect from Chick-fil-A.
This is your average Chic-fil-A location. Nothing to complain about.

I cannot believe I am writing a review about a Chick-fil-A. I have been going to Chick-fil-A for 10+ years now and never have I had a poor experience. This location was completely understaffed and it reflected on the service. To be clear the staff was friendly and helpful but due to being understaffed they were unable to keep up with the demand. Additionally, the fries tasted and looked like they were leftover from yesterday. The fries were replaced but they looked the same and were just hot, so one would assume it was the same ones reheated. I would like to think this was an off day for this location but I would never return here.

I spent $18. $18 in this economy on a meal for one person. The fries were very old, dried up and over cooked. The strips were also old. The side cheese sauce was hot and fresh, the cookies for ONCE were warm and fresh. The fries and strips were BARELY warm.
They finally remembered my sauces.
I’m not the kind of person to take food back as we all know we don’t want to be susceptible to getting tampered food in the name of “making it right”.
Very very disappointed…And I noticed the food quality declined in my last few visits here. I also noticed I don’t ever get the survey on receipts 🧾 anymore . Interesting.🤔
Though I live in The area, I’ll drive down to Howell location completely out of my way or even Hamilton. I will not visit here again. Not a single dime of my money or my appetite will be taken for granted.
