We order 2 ribeye steaks and they were absolutely bad. They were super hard and white, it' looked like it was soaked in clorox. They gave me a new one, but it was the same. They took half the price of the steak when I literally leave the whole steak, the manager didn't even come over to apologize! Worse experience ever, I always order ribeye in other restaurant and it so juicy and delicious.

I had my reservations about this place, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a lot better than I expected.
Kid-friendliness: I did see a lot of kids when, I first walked in.
I came as a dasher and the employees ignored all dashers (while food is ready but we are not allowed to walk behind the counter to grab it) for 10 minutes. Our time was wasted and the customer's food was getting cold.

Sure, it's a chain, but it's one of the better ones.
A family of 4 shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for food that they didn’t even get, only to find out by the manager that half the order wasn’t processed because our server disappeared. Was lied to not once but twice by our original server and a boy who took over at one point that seemed nice but couldn’t be honest. It’s just upsetting when you feel like a joke to the staff when all we wanted to know was when our food was gonna show up. If our original server had faced us we wouldn’t have been upset as we are. We did not give her any sort of conflict, so we don’t know why she felt the need to no longer come near us. It was humiliating and left us frustrated and embarrassed. The only time we showed our frustration was with the boy who couldn’t give us a straight answer, and to the manager who finally gave us an hour over 2 hours later. The manager said he would cover the tab which was polite, but it doesn’t take away the embarrassment and bad vibe. It’s just embarrassing for us.

I have to be very clear that our waiter and his help were very nice and polite. Now, I went with my family this afternoon (5ppl) and my wife asked if there were any booths available to which the manager (I presume since it was the only guy around with casual clothes greeting ppl) told her that there weren't any and he only had chairs, the place was half empty! If you want to feel segregated, then this is your place because shortly after we were seated 3-4 parties came in and sat on the empty booths! I guess that your skin color does really matter here, what a shame. And don't bother, I'm not looking for free food, that doesn't solve the issue you guys have.
