Mongolian Beef was much closer to Mongolian Onion, not much beef at all. Crab Rangoon didn’t have much filling in them and the dough wasn’t great. Other things we ordered were good though (Fried Rice, Dumplings, General Tso’s Chicken, Wonton Soup). Would return but wouldn’t re-order a couple of the plates we got.

I order from here from my office and my son wanted an Asian inspired Bday dinner for his party. So naturally we ordered from China Express. We ordered 9 party trays and 6 quarts of soup. Everything was packaged amazing and ready for pickup precisely on the time discussed. They made party trays of menu items not on their tray list for us. Like the boneless ribs, which were a huge hit! Well, being an ex Chef I have come to understand that buying food in bulk is sometimes less than what you would normally expect when ordering for 1 person. Well I have to say this was not the case. The food was still soooo good even after sitting in chafing server trays for 2 hours. So much so that every person there wanted the name of the restaurant that prepared the food. We sent some plates of food to our neighbors and they texted me later to ask where the food was from because they loved it so much! Now the owners were so nice and helpful. Made sure to meet all of our requests. They were so kind and made sure we were happy with the food. Can’t recommend them enough. They are off the Main Street of Freehold Borough, tucked into a small strip mall on Broad Street. If you never thought to cater Chinese food then reconsider and give them a try. We fed 25 people and everyone went home with togo containers, had enough rice to make breakfast fried rice the next morning. All for $20-$25 a head roughly. Plus the excess we gave away! Easy clean up too. Thank you to the owners for making my son’s party extra special.
