I'm not going to talk about the food at this location, because it's typical Chipotle, and I like it. My rating is on the ambiance. This is an older Chipotle, and it looks and feels so. The dine-in area is much too small and always in need of a clean-up. Even the area where you line up to order is cramped. Perhaps it's time for them to move to a larger, more modern space. I know that I and, others I know, would dine there more often if the place was more inviting.

This is the worst Chipotle on the east coast. I hope it gets bought out knocked down and turned into some terrible millennial coffee shop/ bakery. Would be better than whatever is going on here. Very hit or miss. When you order extra anything online they give you the same amount as a normal portion. this includes if you pay for extra meat and a few times I found huge chunks of avocado in the guacamole.

Ordered b4 they opened so i was one of the first orders. Got my food and it was cold! Portions ridiculous. Waste of money honestly as much as it was. Won’t order again unless i’m in store for now on.

Everytime I go to this location there is some issue. For a long time they didn’t accept cash or didn’t have change to give—therefore taking change from the customer. Today, we were told “I can only give what’s on the line.” No cheese, no lettuce, no to one of the meats, NO BROWN RICE?? Absolutely insane. No signs saying so either. I hate complaining but this location ALWAYS has something wrong and explains nothing. 6 or 7 people working and no ingredients? Slow service? Awful. Considering it’s advertised that Chipotle gets fresh ingredients EVERY. DAY. won’t be going back until there is a complete overhaul. Oh, and there’s caked up dust all over the vents above the line which were also dripping condensation.
I wish I could put a zero star. Ordered online for 12:40 and it said it was ready. Proceeded to sit inside the chipotle for 30 minutes with not one sign of food being made. $54 down the drain because I have to go back to work. Thank you for ur amazing service.

I placed a mobile order at 7:20 for 7:40 pickup. When I arrived around 7:45, the girl working at the register looked for my order but couldn’t find it and said it would be a few minutes. After about 10 minutes passed, another worker came out from the back with more mobile orders, and once again asked for my name(which was on the order) but didn’t have it, then returned to the back and didn’t return for another 10 minutes and again didn’t have it. At this point, I could see my order sitting in the back with my name on it in plain view for the eye to see and had been for some time. At this point, the girl working in the register, who was the only one being helpful and kind, went out of her way to look in the back and got it right away. Food was partially cold as a result, chips were burnt, and I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes when it had been ready when I arrived. Worker from the back either didn’t see it or didn’t want to look for it.

The food is just decent they don't give you a lot like other Chipotle I've been to. The servers are very lazy the seating area is always and I mean always filthy. Tables are never cleaned the floors never swept or mopped. We are there twice and my wife got sick both times.
