The lady that took my order today had a super aggressive attitude. She basically yelled at me for not understanding a detail about the menu. Her coworker was visibly embarrassed..I spent almost $30 for 4 buns and felt like telling her to keep them, but I had a deep desire for a delicious cinnamon bun. Unfortunately, the buns were awful. Very dry with almost zero icing. I think this may just be a bad location. I suggest making your cinnamon bun purchases elsewhere.

I love their cinnamon buns, but I always feel terrible after eating them. They taste so good but it's like some sort of carbohydrate bomb in my system and I get sleepy and then I don't want to do anything for the rest of the day. This location has decent service and is clean. It makes a nice treat for me every once in awhile

Slowest Cinnabon that I have ever been to. Didn’t have extra icing made up & charged for extra icing when there wasn’t much on the Cinnabons.
Won’t return.
Luckily there are closer ones to me

I wish I could give this place more stars but the service there is awful and every time we go they are either opening late or they don't have most of the stuff on their menu available. We tried at different times and it just never works out.

They don't care about customers, I order two churros and I ask the guy before I get them if they were fresh because last time they were old, and he said yes, but they were not and I told him to return it, he call the manager and the policy is not refunds just exchanged for something else, how that is possible, the another employee said the food can stay up to 6 hours in the counter, we exchange it for cinnamon pretzels but don't bother to get anything there, was horrible too, this kids don't want to do the job and looks like the manager can't control anything. Never again!!!

This is inside the raceway mall. The people who work there don’t wear gloves. They just packed my food.
2 minibons for $11+. They didn’t feel the need to pack 1 paper napkin along with the food.

If you're on the hunt for a sweet treat that will leave you craving more, look no further than Cinnabon at the Freehold Raceway Mall. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing their iconic cinnamon rolls, and let me tell you, it was an experience worth savoring. From the moment I stepped into Cinnabon, I was greeted by the irresistible aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls wafting through the air. My mouth watered in anticipation as I approached the counter, where I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and helpful employee, Christian.Christian's warm smile and genuine enthusiasm instantly made me feel welcome. He took the time to walk me through the menu, highlighting their signature cinnamon rolls as a must-try treat. Trusting his recommendation, I ordered one of their classic cinnamon rolls, and I am so glad I did.The moment I took my first bite, I was transported to a world of sweet indulgence. The soft, gooey dough was perfectly complemented by the rich, aromatic cinnamon swirls and sweet icing drizzle. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, leaving me craving more with every bite. But what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional service provided by Christian. Not only did he ensure that my order was prepared to perfection, but he also took the time to engage in friendly conversation, making me feel like a valued customer. In conclusion, my visit to Cinnabon at the Freehold Raceway Mall was nothing short of delightful. The heavenly cinnamon roll, combined with the outstanding service from Christian, made it an experience I won't soon forget. If you find yourself craving a sweet treat, do yourself a favor and stop by Cinnabon—you won't be disappointed.

My husband just got cursed out by an employee in front of my children! Who do they hire here?! He was miserable and hates his job and it shows! No reason to be low class and use bad language infront of the kids! Find a new line of work if baking some rolls isn't fulfilling enough. Never coming to this garbage location again and will be contacting corporate about this one.

Stay away from this place. If I can give zero stars, I'll do it. Bad, bad customer service. Ordered 4 mini Cinnabon at $19.96 and paid. Then I noticed that I could buy a box of 9 units for the same amount, and I wanted to change, before the helper started to pack them. She said that she cannot change the order or cancelled in a very rude attitude and went and packed the product. I asked for the manager and there is no manage in this location, so she told us that to get the manger I need to come the next day, she put the product in the back of the store and did not want to give use the product, but the problem also was that we already paid for the product. She got angry told us couple bad words and went back inside the store, so we have to wait for another person that was behind and ask to see if they can handle for what we paid. Bad, bad situation with this store. Please read the comments below.

Disappointing Experience at Cinnabon
My recent visit to this Cinnabon left me in shock, 12/6. Despite purchasing a Cinnabon, the employee handed it to me in a box without any utensils, bag, heating, or napkins. When I started coughing and requested a cup of water, the request was refused. The lack of basic service and the refusal to provide water were concerning. I suggest retraining the staff to ensure a more customer-friendly experience.
