My favorite bubble tea place…however it’s gotten too expensive. $16 for two bubble teas, not even large? Wild. Lower prices. This is more expensive than Starbucks.

Former Employee here. Don’t buy from this place EVER. They force minors to work from open to close without ANY BREAKS. If you don’t bring food with you, good luck! You aren’t going to be eat. They won’t let you go to the food court to buy food. If you want to order bubble tea, check their filthy water boiler first. Take a paper towel and rub the inside and you’ll see the years of rust accumulated on the sides. It’s honestly disgusting how I mentioned it to the owner and she told me not to worry about it. You’re drinking rust water mixed with powders and creamer. This place is a cesspool of workers violations and dirty working areas. There’s no wonder why 6 workers left in a 3 month span. They owners have now resorted to forcing their three children to work dozens of hours a week. Should I also mention how overpriced the drinks are even though they are 90% water? A smoothie is just jam, water and ice. The bubble teas are just water, tapioca, powder and creamer. The working environment is horrible and the drink they serve is borderline trash. If you are wondering why I’m so enraged and writing all of this is because I was forced to work 14 hours on Black Friday with neither additional pay nor a break. I was paid 15 dollars an hour in cash and was not provided with food. They then had the audacity to make me work the following Saturday for 11 hours. The last straw was when they wanted me to work the entire day on Christmas Eve with no extra pay and threatened to fire me if I refused. I obviously choose to leave this dumpster fire. Don’t come here to buy bubble tea or smoothies. You’re not getting your money’s worth and you are supporting the business of money hungry, apathetic, selfish people.

There’s never someone there to attend you and when someone is there — they take forever to help you. The lady in front of me ordered two drinks and the lady working didn’t acknowledge me and I decided to not wait since she was rude and taking forever to make the drinks.
