The Aji de Gallina was one of the best. The Lomo Saltado was incredibly well made and served. Inka Kola was a great accompaniment. The rocoto and the huacatay sauces were on point. More than just tilapia is served. Ceviche is great in many ways, causa de pollo is much better than crab, pescado a lo macho and octopus dishes were superb, chicharron de peacado also great.
