I visited Don Pepe Peruvian Restaurant last weekend for a casual dinner with friends, and it completely exceeded our expectations. We started with the ceviche mixto, which was fresh, tangy, and perfectly balanced. The lomo saltado was a standout—tender beef with just the right amount of seasoning, served with crispy fries and fluffy rice. You can really taste the authenticity in every dish.

The waiting staff was great from the moment that one walks in one is greeted in a friendly and warm manner. The food was great. I had not had conchitas a la parmesana in more than 20 years. Chaufa,...
