Waiting for 10 mins before any of the 5 workers took my order. All bussy restocking and the manager was supervising instead of helping costumers. The worts part was when one of them did, she walked up to the counter and just stared at me, no hello or hi just stood there with a disgusted look on her face. Everyone there lacks manners and customer service skills. The coffee was cold, and the way she handed my order... wow. You can do better.

I got donut for breakfast in Store .. they gave me non FRESH donut..I told her and I left it on her counter but the girl doesn’t care about it I will not go there anymore because we’re always take a breakfast in DD but it was the first and last time in this store😠😠

I came here two times and the first time i was here lady was having a hard day I could tell she a was a little bit rude but i let it slide. This other time this lady with red hair was so rude and she didn’t event let me finish my order.

By far, thee worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I’ve only been there on Sunday mornings before I go apple picking. So I can only speak to the store on Sundays. Service is TERRIBLE. Coffee is awful! I waited 20 minutes for 2 lattes and a regular coffee and they were awful. Threw all of them in the trash. Honestly, it’s my fault cause it’s been bad for a while now and I kept going back but today was the last time I tried it.

This is a very bad location. They regularly forget items in my orders (that I pay for). The donuts are poorly made and the last one I received had a bite taken out of it. The staff is of poor quality, and the manager doesn't seem to know how to apply refunds. Don't go to this location, there's a better one by Shoprite.

almost every single time I order here, which is frequently because this location is right near where I work, my order is wrong. And I know I’m not the only one that has this issue because on more than one occasion I’ve heard other customers complain that their order is wrong as well.

Wonderful service, fresh donuts, great service, and awesome coffee! Marie, an absolute angel of a women- has been making my coffee and breakfast for the last two weeks..and this women puts in work! My order comes out fast, hot, and exactly how I want it! And I know my coffee will be amazing! She a delight to see, and I know that my order will always come out perfect! I definitly recommend this location ?

Every time I have picked up my order lately it is always made wrong and ends up being on the dark side. Unfortunately I can’t go back and have them fix it because I got into a car accident. Prior to my accident I gave up on this location and was just going to the one on my way to work. I seriously don’t know how hard it is to follow what a customer orders !
