20 mins for an iced coffee. I don’t know why it’s so slow, but something is wrong. When I got my coffee, there was a leak in the cup. Careless staff at this location.

Just received my Door Dash order and the sandwiches are terrible. The sourdough sandwich was barely toasted. No egg just 2 pathetic pieces of cheese and not even cut in half. The Chipotle wraps had no Chipotle aioli. Really poorly assembled. I tried to call but no one answers. Do better guys.

I am not happy with visit this morning! I ordered the $6 bundle deal, my bagel was barely toasted with little to no cream cheese so I asked can I have some cream cheese on my bagel and the worker applied it but when he handed it back he was very sassy and said “next time after you pay for it and get it we can’t accommodate your request” well how about you learn to do your job correctly the first time! That’s was not polite customer service and I didn’t appreciate it at all. Ok top of the coffee being like warm it was 6:45 coffee should’ve been steaming hot HORRIBLE SERVICE… I must say the woman at the register was very polite and nice but that other worker was nasty and needs to learn how to Interact with customers

We ordered on the app and came in pretty quickly to pick up the mobile order. They were quick to greet us and informed us that our order wasn't ready yet...because they were making our donuts!! They were sadly out of vanilla cream donuts but they filled a couple donuts especially for us. They were so nice about making sure we had everything we ordered!
This location is ran like absolute garbage. Consistently understaffed. Slow. Sometimes when you order an extra large tea they try to give you one tea bag as opposed to one unless you ask. All around terrible. I go out of my way to go to a different location each morning now because of the repeatedly horrendous experiences I have had here. Avoid at all costs.

Waiting for 10 mins before any of the 5 workers took my order. All bussy restocking and the manager was supervising instead of helping costumers. The worts part was when one of them did, she walked up to the counter and just stared at me, no hello or hi just stood there with a disgusted look on her face. Everyone there lacks manners and customer service skills. The coffee was cold, and the way she handed my order... wow. You can do better.

I got donut for breakfast in Store .. they gave me non FRESH donut..I told her and I left it on her counter but the girl doesn’t care about it I will not go there anymore because we’re always take a breakfast in DD but it was the first and last time in this store😠😠
