Honestly would give it a zero! The service is horrible ! Ask for a HOT Coffee and got an ICE coffee instead also was pressuring me to be done ordering had such an attitude I for sure will not come back

I would give Zero stars if I could. I was there yesterday and two people asked for their money back, and two others left because the service is so poor. There are usually only 2 people on staff. Let me be clear it is not because of the workers, it's because the OWNER doesn't have enough employees on staff. I've been going there for 5 years and the OWNER refuses to staff it properly. I feel bad for the employees.

Never more than 2 employees at any one time. Takes 20 minutes to get one coffee. Cashier barely speaks english.So frustrating. 90 plus degrees outside and I think it was cooler outside. Owner is obviously a cheap skate.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I went to this Dunkin Donuts this Saturday, frequent the place often almost 4 times a week. I ordered a medium ice coffee, less ice, and 15 skim milks. I received my ice coffee and told them I needed a little more skim milk. I do not like my coffee strong. The cashier/worker ( who by the way is always there, so he knows my order) told me he couldn't get me any more skim milk because they were busy.??? What?? I ordered my coffee and I was told I couldn't get what I wanted. Raised my voice, and told them I would go back to get more skim milk because I paid for my coffee the way I wanted it. Finally, after asking a number of times totally upset at how I was being treated they gave me some more skim milk. This establishment is at the very least an embarrassment to any Dunkin Donuts. They are always slow, short staffed, and barely will satisfy you. Horrible customer service!!

I was provided with a complimentary copy of this book so I could give an honest review. “The Birthday” is the first in the Detective Natalie Ward series, a new series by Carol Wyer. A five-year-old girl goes missing at a classmate’s birthday party. Two years later her body is found. Soon after, another little girl, who was also at the party, disappears. Det. Ward is in charge of the investigation and worries it will end like her last job which did not end well.I enjoyed the storyline involving the disappearances of the little girls. However, her last job was mentioned often and did not move the story along. Also included is the detective’s house life with her husband and two teenage children. I found myself attempting to skim those parts too. For me, the disappearance storyline has a nice pace to it. It does not drag or rush the story. The other parts just broke up that storyline and it did not seem to flow well.I give this book 3 out of 5 stars. According to the scale used by Goodreads, that means it’s ok. I did not think the book was a waste of time. I would read another book by Wyer but it would not be a priority “to be read” book.
