Eat Clean Bro: Meal Prep Pickup & Delivery Restaurant

Abot to order our 3rd week. The family loves all the meals we have ordered. But you took the Phily chresesteak wrap and the buffalo chicken wrap off the menu :( only had it once and they were both 2 of my favs!

Amazing healthy food and quality! LOVE how you know exactly what you’re eating and all the macros and nutrients. Also their customer service is FANTASTIC. Super fast and helpful.

The only think that keeps it from 5 stars is that I just wish they had more meals that are less that 550 cals. As a 5’2 woman, we petite people require a lot less calories than most people (unless your a very active person) and if your 180lbs or less and want to lose weight, your range will be around 1600 cals. And the 600+ calorie meals (especially if you eat their breakfast too) will put you at around that range or more, without any room to snack. And if you’re a snacker or trying to hit a high protein goal, you know you need that leeway in calories. I also suggest the website to have the option to sort all meals by calories, from low to high and vice versa.

The other thing is I wish they were some deals/plans to make it a bit cheaper. One other company I used did a 10 meals for $100, but you couldn’t pick your meals, which I was 100% fine with because it was cheaper. But I know with everything getting expensive that and the quality of this company’s products, it might not be possible.

Overall, really great company, especially if you’re on the heavier side (200+ lbs) to lose weight, and overall great to maintain weight at any size. But if you’re on the shorter and smaller side(less than 180lbs), and a woman, you might find the meals to be too calorie heavy to lose weight.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a box of meals Monday saying it would arrive Tuesday, I got a notification saying that it was being shipped Tuesday and as of today (FRIDAY) no updates and the box is lost. I called and they told me to wait, which I have, and now I still don't have meals and I can't get in touch with anyone. I guess I will have to open a dispute with my credit card.

This company changed my life and I don’t even think they knew it until this post. In February 2024 I had enough and said I’m going to take back my life. I’m down 51.5 lbs and it’s all because of the food that they produce. Eating healthy has always been difficult for me however that’s because I didn’t know eating healthy can still taste good and That’s what eat clean bro brings to the table… healthy, delicious, flavorful food. Shout out to everyone that makes this company operate on a daily basis to make sure the people who rely on their food get taken care of! I’ll be a Customer for life.

I order a lot from them, food is good, I wish it was less sodium, overall fast, easy, and good food.

I received my first delivery today and it was great. My first dinner was the chicken parm and it was delicious! The portion size is better than the other meal prep companies. I will definitely be ordering again.

Have been getting Eat Clean Bro for delivery for some time now. Our deliveries were great first thing in the AM. Then it went to early afternoon latest like 1:30pm. Today it arrived at 4pm. I had no lunch for the day. Delivery has definitely gone down hill. The pepper steak meal is horrible. The meat is not edible so thanks for the rice and peppers I had to eat. The meal sizes have definitely gone down along with quality ingredients. The website is no longer in alphabetical order so I have to search through pages of meals to find what I want. Whatever changes you are doing are not for the better of your company. And another thing, allow negative reviews on your website. Seems like if I say a meal is not good the review does not go up. Not a transparent company.

I recently tried Eat Clean Bro for the first time, and honestly, I was impressed! Even though I don’t live nearby, the delivery arrived cold, with ice packs still frozen. The meals were super flavorful, fresh, healthy, and the portions were a good size. It was easy to order, and there are so many options to choose from. It saved me a ton of time in the kitchen, which made my week so much easier. I’m definitely going to keep ordering from them for a long time!
