Federici's of freehold has the BEST thin crust pizza! Each is loaded with flavor! We will definitely go back to Federici's!!

Food was amazing like usual. Didn't like the seating upstairs though. Very steep steps and not the same atmosphere as downstairs.

My only complaint ,is we didn't realize there was a parking lot in the back. We parked on street on a Sunday, the pay station was blinking. We wrongly assumed it was broken or as it's Sunday parking was free Got a ticket, Freehold must be only town in NJ that charges for parking on a Sunday, so that pizza dinner was pretty costly

Really amazing thin crust pizza. Definitely easy to put down a pizza by yourself. FYI it's cash only.

Went to Federicis last Saturday for lunch. Overall it was a 4 star experience. The food is a five. The decor inside is a 4 (it isn't nice inside but it goes with the theme of old school NJ pizzeria). The service was fine, nothing to write home about. But the price was a bit steep in my opinion for what you're getting. The pizza was great. But there was a slight inconsistency of how each other pies were cooked. For thin crust like feds you want it to be quite crispy. The one pie with sausage, olives and green peppers was certainly cooked but not as crispy as we'd like it to be. The sausage pie had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. And the plain pie was also cooked perfectly. We had four people and finished everything. Almost a pie a person and 3/4 people in our group don't eat in too much volume. Which shows how thin it truly is.

Federici's Family Restaurant is one of those great finds I stumbled upon in downtown Freehold one fateful night close to a decade ago when another restaurant I had wanted to visit was closed. At the time, I wasn't a big fan of thin crust pizza (often referred to as bar pie), but multiple dining experiences later, it's turned to a friends and family favorite for pizza. The restaurant has been family-owned for over a 100 years, but they haven't skipped a beat when it comes to serving customers and making your business feel appreciated, as a manager almost always thanks us on the way out, even on their busiest of days. Although they have a full menu of items including salads, sandwiches, and Italian pasta dishes, the one item that keeps us coming back is their famous thin crust pizza. There are a couple of places in New Jersey that serve pizza on a cracker-like thin crust, but Federici's has by far been the most consistent in quality and holds the crown in flavor when it comes to sauce and cheese, as it almost always seems to hit the spot with just the right amount of zest and pop. While the standard cheese pizza with tomato sauce is our go-to, the one with vodka sauce also tastes great if you're in the mood to mix it up. Whether it be for an outing with friends, date night, or a family dinner, Federici's has always been hit and their pizza is definitely worthy of 5 stars, which is the highest praise I can give in the competitive central New Jersey pizza market. They are cash only, and while I generally don't frequent many cash only places, I'll continue to be a customer so long as they maintain their high pizza and service standards.

Literally the best pizza I've ever had hands down! If you come here definitely get the vodka sauce pie it's super saucy and has such a good flavor. Also the stuffed mushrooms with spinach are also delicious. Can't go wrong with any of the pizzas here though

I’ve been coming to Federici’s since I was a child, and now I bring my own child. Best thin crust pizza around, and definitely some of the best thin crust pizza in New Jersey. I also really like their meatballs, especially the meatball parm sandwich. I’ve had a few of their pastas and haven’t been let down. The house salad dressing is homemade and I highly recommend it! Federici’s is worth the trip!
