Good afternoon
My name is Anthony Giorgio . I’m a father trying to get my custody order reinstated in the state of New Jersey . On 8/27/24 I went to Monmouth county court house to file a motion as instructed by Judge Kerry Higgins . When waiting ,a probation office that was handling my case told me “ my case was not important and the judge wasn’t going to see me today . I then proceeded to the office to state my concern and ask to speak to a supervisor and was denied. At which point I left the courthouse feeling discriminated against due to the fact that I’m a father and I’m a male. Upon leaving, I received a call from a separate probation officer by mistake and address my concern with her . She put me in contact with her supervisor who intern put me in contact with the office manager Tara Buckley she is going investigating the situation, but after today’s events, this needs to be further up the chain. This proves that our court system is completely biased against fathers only trying to do the right thing for their children. I will be filing a federal complaint for criminal bias, and obstruction of my civil rights as a citizen of the United States and New Jersey

The receptionists are very helpful and kind, especially Keith in the Civil Division. They have made a very complicated situation much less stressful.

Judge Higgins is unlawful and needs to retire.. very disgruntled and has no real experience of credit and honor in this county. Also saw her racism expressed first hand in the courtroom. Very disturbing. Doesn’t go by the book, unprofessional, unethical and I am unsure why she was appointed as a judge in this county. I would advise anyone to go to any other courthouse in NJ, you will get more professionalism and way better service. Monmouth County should be ashamed. It is a total mess through and through

How many supervisors does the court has to have to file one judgement of Divorse form? Or at least answer ONCE to countless emails and calls. I just need one reply, from one person.

Beware the family court judges are all bias towards men. The females can lie, present no evidence and the judges will do everything they can to take the fathers money and parental rights away. There is no justice all you get as a Father are threats from the judges.

The system, as a whole, is confusing, disorganized and ultimately leaves you with more questions than answers. Many of those trying to help have great intentions but do not have the support and tools needed.

I'm trying to find the phone number for Eatontown NJ divorce dept. I live in Indiana. And I can't get any help.

I love that I was told to be here at 1230 so I could sit in a hot room with no water for 2 hours. This place is living proof our justice system is broken.

To say I am frustrated is an undestament.
The conduct of this court is absolutely unacceptable.
There is no organization, communication, coordination, and courtesy.
To Start off the first email I received regarding reporting was sent around 930 am on 2/28/22 when the zoom started at 1030.
An hours notice is simply unacceptable.
After that I received an email for the next day this time it wasn't an hour beforehand, showing that notice could be given somewhat in advance.
However this was dated for 2/29/22 which is a date that does not exist.
The fact that a court that serves our people is this disorganized and disrespectful is frightening.
After speaking with the judge it was unclear if I was to serve or not.
Waiting for further information from you guys was a mistake on my part because I would expect the court to conduct its self in a professional manner, but as I previously stated that looks to be impossible.
After calling many times and many different numbers no one was able to be reached.
I would like to get an update on my status but I might take one from your book and begin to not care.
I hope you can reach back to me, or at least take some steps to conduct this courtroom in a professional manner.
