Not really sure why fewer people visit this place than a Starbucks down the alley of the mall, but they're making a mistake. This place definitely serves coffee that's far more tasteful, does not have a bitter, burnt aftertaste, plus it has a better selection to snack on. Oh yeah, the lines are shorter too. Talk about a win-win.
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Gloria Jeans Coffee shop. The customer service was amazing. The young lady who helped us was super sweet and took her job very seriously. I had the Carmel Turtle and my daughter had a Cookie Chiller and they both were delicious!! We both agree they were better then Starbucks!! We got espresso. Quite bitter if you dont usually have it. Service is decent, make sure they get your order correctly/you get everything you ordered. Had other coffee previously and tasted like other coffee. There are usually some tables/sitting area available.
