To lazy to make hot coffee an hour before closing.
Not really sure why fewer people visit this place than a Starbucks down the alley of the mall, but they're making a mistake. This place definitely serves coffee that's far more tasteful, does not have a bitter, burnt aftertaste, plus it has a better selection to snack on. Oh yeah, the lines are shorter too. Talk about a win-win.

got a hot chocolate the day before that was cold, I don't even know how that happens. then today, it would be nice if they actually were there when the Store is open. youre better off just going to Starbucks
horrible experience! the lady at the cashier said the store was closed and then after a couple minutes I saw her serving someone else, very rude behavior.
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Gloria Jeans Coffee shop. The customer service was amazing. The young lady who helped us was super sweet and took her job very seriously. I had the Carmel Turtle and my daughter had a Cookie Chiller and they both were delicious!! We both agree they were better then Starbucks!! I highly recommend this coffee shop and if your at the Freehold Mall definitely stop by and grab a specialty, coffee or chiller. The coffee shop is located in in the center of the mall infront of " 5 BelowI will definitely will come back whenever I return to the mall.
Awful place to come upon! You can tell the bagels are always a constant week old and saved by the fridge due to their excessive firmness. Pastries are obviously not fresh either though! I got a "chiller" which I guess means icy chunks with barely any flavor. Kinda dirty place overall... BEWARE AND AVOID YOUR VISIT!!!!

I have to pay money for ice water crazy. very disappointed.
Got an Americano with almond milk only for it to barely have any almond milk and be filled with coffee grinds. Usually pretty good but not this time :(

My hot coffee was luke warm at best and the muffins I ordered for me and my grandson were frozen.
Good service, reasonable price and it’s good place to spend your time with your friends the atmosphere is awesome and taste of the drinks are nice.
