I’m usually not one to complain because I understand people get busy and things do happen HOWEVER we had ihop this morning and my grandma ordered hot tea…. She doesn’t wear lipstick… she was handed this cup..with someone else’s lipstick on it…
I flagged down the manager who was already overwhelmed and covering from a store that’s 30 minutes away I let her know my grandma was given a dirty cup and the food was barely warm… she took care of our check and apologized...read full review
charge a fair price. there is no reason to have to pay $19.00 for two eggs, two bacon strips, small hash browns and two pancakes. And then be expected to pay a tip. I'm done with IHop.
Imagine being the INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES .... but not having pancakes everyone can enjoy.

What a horrible business move. Charge more if you must, but bring back the gluten friendly pancakes. you just devastated a lot of kids (and adults). We will never return.
