Whoever the bartender was today (female) at 4:55 pm, her service is under par for Longhorn! I sat down to order a quick bite to eat, she put down a water and then I waited 12 minutes while the bartender chit chatted with the other 4 - 5 customers at the bar and didn't return to take my order. She only responded when I got up to leave and gave attitude when I told her I couldnt stay any longer. I could understand if she was busy, at least communicate! If the bar was packed, I'd expect to sit for even longer and be ok with it. I NEVER complain about bartenders..especially being one for 25 years and restaurant owner. She missed out on a fatty industry tip, and the restaurant lost a sale today! The blonde guy bartender there rocks and always gives great service! I will turn around and walk out if I see the rude one behind the bar!

Sorry but this place has gone to hell in a hand basket. The rugs need a deep cleaning desperately! The minute you open the front door all you smell is mildew. Place was not giving “clean” at all. Forget about the bathrooms. Makes one wonder what their kitchen actually looks like. Time for a make over and possibly new management!!

Dine in was great, was instantly able to get a table and asked for a booth which they gave me, table was clean and the server Jonathan was really nice and quick with refills
I also liked that longhorn has the scan to pay thing so you don’t have to wait for the check after you finish eating

On May 28th, I had the absolute best dining experience I’ve ever had; at LongHorn Steakhouse. From the moment we walked in, everything was flawless. We were seated immediately, and our waitress, Caitlin M., greeted us with a warm smile and asked if we had ever been there before. I told her it was my boyfriend’s birthday, and while I had originally suggested something fancy like Ruth’s Chris, he wanted great steak without the formal vibe. That’s when the magic began.
We started with appetizers, then he ordered the ribeye, and I had the filet mignon. Both were cooked to absolute perfection; tender, flavorful, and exactly how we ordered them. Caitlin was attentive from start to finish, making sure every need was met without us ever having to ask.
At the end of the meal, she surprised my boyfriend with a dessert topped with a lit candle and sang happy birthday to him. I never mentioned his birthday again after we sat down; she just remembered and made it happen. The hostess even stopped by to wish him a happy birthday, and then the manager, Chase M., made sure to give a special surprise for us.
They truly made us feel like royalty. The service, the food, the atmosphere—everything was perfect. And the best part? Our entire meal was under $100.
I’ve been telling everyone I know about this night. This team knows exactly how to create a flawless dining experience. I’m so glad I finally found my receipt so I could give Caitlin, Chase, and the entire LongHorn team the credit they deserve. I can’t wait to come back!
