Awful delivery service and customer service. Messed up my whole order and came 2 hours late. The chicken is pretty good but not worth the mistakes with no refund given.

Two salads with grilled chicken and a steak burrito were our initial tryout meals at The Coop. A flyer delivered in our mail was the enticement. The burgers were the draw but maybe for another day. Today, the Greek Salad was good. Plenty of traditional veggies and olives but diced too small. The romaine was crisp and fresh, the dressing well served. The grilled chicken was placed on top and tasty. What I did not like was the small, clear takeout bowl container it was served in. It would have been impossible to mix without losing half my meal on the table. So I found paper plates stacked on the counter and helped myself. I think dine in needs to be better planned concerning serving plates or bowls. My daughter's Caesar was good but maybe overdressed. My wife's burrito was great according to her. The owner was pleasant and with the combined meals we said we'd be back. And the next time I will try that touted burger. Ps. This owner stated he took over the establishment about 6 months ago although the rotisserie business was here for a decade before. I do think some of the reviews here are before his ownership and may be inaccurate if he's owned it briefly.

WORST place to ever order food. Ordered for the 2nd time and consistently had a terrible experience both times. First time, mashed potatoes tasted like pure chemicals. Tonight decided to give it a second chance. The chicken burrito was absolutely terrible, the rice tasted like it was days old. The macaroni and cheese wasn't even cooked, it was hard and tasted like it was sitting for days. The chicken wrap wasn't even wrapped, it fell apart the minute the tin foil was unraveled. Could not even eat anything ordered. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND EAT ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Spring is here so if you don't feel like cooking head over to The Coop and have a nice dinner there or call your order in, take it to go and you can enjoy a picnic without having to do any of the cooking. Family and I have eaten here a few more times and even ordered one of the Superbowl party combo specials - we went with the wings, ribs and slaw for game day- definitely a hit at our house! Today after an early Elite event hubby and picked up Mini-Me and brought her to The Coop for wings and jalapeno poppers before heading to a movie, she was super hungry, Hangry was more like it LOL- she is a girl of few words when it comes to food, either she likes it or she doesn't- and out of her order she managed to save 6 wings and 2 poppers for lunch tomorrow. So I am taking that as a "YES" the food is a winner here. I have to still say, I jones for that honey Sriracha sauce they have that I mix with a little bleu cheese dressing-- it is fantastic, I don't know the measurement of the ingredients but for me to try and figure it out, I could really just be at The Coop enjoying it already made. The owners are absolutely down to earth wonderful folks and I find it refreshing that they actually are at their restaurant making sure things are being done the right way. All too often people start restaurants but never follow through with it and it goes down hill, but The Coop is a family place and by that I mean as a family they make this gem shine bright. They do a hefty take out and delivery and I repeat this because every time we are there, that phone is ringing off the hook!! the family rotisserie chicken or rib dinners are super popular by the way they are being ordered. They also have a great kids menu.

I came here two days ago to give it a try. I was so impressed with this hidden gem!! The chicken was so delicious and the sides were great. The mashed sweet potatoes were REAL. It wasn't a sugar or syrup overload, tasted real and delicious. The place is clean and the people working were so nice.. I was truly pleasantly surprised by this place and will be a frequent visitor for sure. The menu is huge.. didn't have enough space in my stomach to try everything lol. Can't wait to go back!

I placed my order for delivery and everything seemed fine...Until the food arrived. For starters, in their defense, it is my understanding that their chicken pita was delicious. Beyond that, they got my sandwich completely wrong. I called to complain and even said, I'm going to eat what you sent, but I want you to know you totally messed it up, badly. The man on the phone was apologetic and insisted that he be given a chance to make it right. An hour and ten minutes later, I call back to tell them to keep their sandwich and for the delivery guy to not come to my house. They got that much right. The crispy chicken sandwich was a joke. Whoever made it never tried to eat it. It was so messy I could barely hold it and I probably used about four napkins...For a crispy chicken sandwich... The cutlet was a little too thick as well, but now I'm nitpicking... Also, we ordered cheese fries...The cheese came on the side instead of fries, which would be fine, but they charged .75 for a little cup of cheese...Well played Coop. This review nor does the one star do your establishment justice...I'm getting heated again just thinking about that evening.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. My husband went in to pick up chicken and sides for the game. Worst idea ever. They had no chickens ready, my husband had to wait for 20 minutes, not 5 minutes like they said. The sides were gross, creamed spinach and corn. They made corn gross. Corn! Ridiculous. Last time.

Ordered for the office... 5 meals. Repeated order back to us correctly, confirmed also 5 meals. When the order came, only 4 meals. We called and informed them, they asked us to look at our receipt. Except there was no receipt with our order. They told our intern she was lying about having paid for the 5th order. Come on, people... 1) don't call your customers liars, and 2) look at your own receipt. The four meals that arrived were awful as well.

Way too expensive. $9 for a burger and come with nothing. $15 for a chick salad. Insane. Food is also gross.

The last owners of sage made the place disgusting but the the coop took over and the food is ok. But they are extremely expensive. Not worth it at all.

the food was delivered fast, that's the positive. The mac salad was warm (never a good thing for a mayor based salad). The ribs were boiled, making them tasteless, the chicken fingers were over cooked and they were out of cornbread, so got a note saying "we sent you a brownie instead",way expensive for the sib par .food

Our company A&A Truck Parts ordered lunch today via delivery. Everyone LOVED the food! The staff was friendly, they delivered on time and was packaged well. We will defiantly be going back for a weekly order!

This place took over Sage rotisserie grill, and I was hoping that they would be even better. Unfortunately this place was pretty gross. I ordered a cheeseburger - it was on a stale gigantic bun, dried out flavorless beef patty, unripe tomato and an entire red onion. I also ordered a whole chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, stuffing and ribs, all of which were horrible. Everything was bland with no seasoning and no flavor. The ribs tasted old and the stuffing was stale bread pieces with gravy dumped on it (yuck). Soo disappointing. Oh... I almost forgot even there brownie sucked. :(
