I got 2good2go cookies tonight and as I was leaving the bag completely ripped and I lost all the cookies except 2. The girl at the desk did not need to help me but she went out of her way to make my night on Valentine's Day. I wish I knew her name but I am so grateful to her. Thank you x100!! (And the cookies are yum!!)

The man who works the front is very rude and disrespectful. Yelled and me and my child because we wanted smaller cookies and he was upset we were not spending more money. This man needs to be careful and be grateful that people are spending money. Two people in the mall wanted cookies after I had my bad experience with him, and I told them not to go there, and they listened. Until this man publicly apologizes, I will keep doing so.

We visited the day prior to Valentine’s Day. We chose our cookies and spent about $30. The oatmeal and peanut butter Reesie‘s were the best. The chocolate chip milk chocolate cookies do not taste the same as the ones that are ordered. The ones that are ordered to taste better. Their packaging was in a paper bag I’m labeled and a plastic bag unlabeled. However we saw nice decorative boxes for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately I was too short to see the packaging while I was in the bag. Only when I got home we saw it. I really don’t know what was going on here. But the packaging is not the best is actually a shameful Mrs. fields. Along with the taste. I left much to be desired. King of Prussia is definitely better or order them online

the cookies are good, but the presentation is awful. when paying $30 for a box of nibblers, they toss them in a styrofoam container like you get diner take out in. No thanks.
I came in for a cookie cake and left in less than 15 minutes with a delicious cake.

ZERO STARS the owner is very rude and treats her employer very harsh. I saw a girl cry after she yelled at her. Purchased a cookie the other time and was very disgusting. My stomach started hurting after I had it. FIRST TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYERS AND THEN THEY WILL DO THEIR JOB RIGHT.
