Ordered for pickup at 7:25pm and the ordering system showed a 40 minute wait for the food with estimated pickup just after 8pm. After waiting and waiting at the restaurant with a large crowd of others, I finally received my order at 9:40pm. That’s over a 2 hour wait for pick-up food. I get that it’s Valentine’s Day and they are busy, but shut off your ordering system if you can’t handle the orders! Watching people come in, be sat at a table, and get their food and then their check to leave all while still standing waiting for your order from hours before is absolutely absurd and terrible customer service. No degree of food quality could possibly make up for how they handled their customers tonight. Barely an apology, no concessions on price or offering any sort of compensation for a ridiculous wait. I’m appalled at their lack of empathy or ability to run a business appropriately, and we have no interest in returning.

Went during lunch. Party of 3. Habachi chef was mediocre but tipped him. Service was ok . Paid bill on card and another waitress comes over to state that there is no tip on card. We know this because we have cash in hand to tip. We explain that we plan to tip in cash. She doesn’t understand…reports to another waiter ( once again …a person who did not serve us) and he then comes over to state that there is no tip on card and they require 18% min. Once again as there is literally cash in our hand we explain that we are tipping in cash. It was too the point where our party confirmed if they accept tips in cash because it was as if the concept was unheard of. Our party still left a tip however after that I will never visit again. Disgusting behavior. All of this took place while being seated…not like we were running out the door

Terrible service, the staff is the most deceitful and irresponsible. Normally they don't help you and no one tells you the exact answer to your question. You can wait forever and still no one will tell you what's going on.

If you are looking for Japanese sushi, this is not the place. It came recommended and reviews looked great, but please this is not sushi. Nigiri rice is cooked incorrectly, it more reminds me of Chinese rice, has no place under nigiri. The fish cuts for my nigiri (sushi) lunch were all of the wrong part of the fish and were all cut incorrectly and if you, like me like nigiri this is a huge problem. The taste is not good, I wish I didn’t buy it. If you of course don’t care for the cut of the fish, you’ll find the thinness of the pieces at 50% the Regular portion.

Rolls are also using incorrectly over sweetened rice that does not taste like sushi rice. The rolls are rolled poorly as well - it’s clear it’s not done by a sushi chef, but rather by someone who has watched YouTube videos on how to roll sushi.

First and last time for me in this place. This is not a sushi place and they shouldn’t trick people into it.

I have eaten a lot place already. It's been a long time haven't got a good dinner. It definitely a wonderful place to dine in this area. Food taste excellent, the chef treated us very nice. Service was good, recommend this place 10/10. Had fantastic experience. If you have time, Go check it out.

Food was good but do not come here if you want horrible service and want to be stolen from! Me and my sisters went to enjoy a girls night out and our server rushed us to order and when it came down to pay I had to chase the server down. I partially paid cash and the rest card and it wasn’t until I left the restaurant realizing I paid way more than I should’ve! They’re way more concerned about their tips chasing people out the restaurant instead of the service the give!

Spent 10 minutes looking for parking on a weekday night, so keep that in mind—it wasn’t even the weekend. Walked in at 8:45 for hibachi, and they squeezed us into a table with barely any room. I got steak and a mango roll, and while the food was great, they rushed us out as we were eating so they could close.

Parking: Good luck with parking and ‘may the best man win.’

The best Hibachi place in town! Incredibly friendly and welcoming service alongside delicious food. I would highly recommend this place 10/10, and will come back again!
