I had a disappointing experience at this location this evening. When my husband and I arrived(approx 8:30pm), we were told they weren’t accepting walk-ins. I stepped outside, checked their website, and was able to make a reservation instantly. When I went back in to explain, the host dismissed it, saying, “Oh, sometimes it still lets you make a reservation,” and told us we’d still have to wait about 30 minutes or longer.
We decided to wait, but then another party of three walked in shortly after us—also without a reservation. Unlike us, they weren’t turned away; they were simply told there would be a wait. While we were eventually seated, this experience left a bad impression. It felt like different guests were treated differently, and I hope management addresses this to ensure fairness and consistency for everyone.
Honestly, if it weren’t for my husband loving this restaurant, I would have left. I hope future visits go more smoothly.

Well for a chain restaurant it's ok. As usual, it was crowded. Maybe that's why it felt so tight? Like the tables were so close together. Food was good but you can't order to your own taste. We wanted our beef slightly medium rare. But we got it hard and crunchy.
Good portion sizes that filled my belly. The order of chicken fried rice was tasteless and no sauces were offered and chicken was cooked so hard. And the non-alcoholic drink prices were not listed. $6 to $8 for a lemonade? And don't offer water. Ridiculous.

Food was good, service was slow, ambiance was fine. I go for the food and location, not necessarily because of the service.

Hate to rate service badly, ever. However today we ordered an appetizer of lettuce wraps and two entrees. Before we knew it the entrees were out. We asked the waiter to credit our bill for the appetizer and he said "oh to be honest I never even put them in". Not the best impression.

Food quality has gone down. My daughter had Teriyaki beef. Tasted like they added sugar. Too sweet. I had Mongolian beef. Beef was hard to chew.
Took over 2 hours for the food , had to ask 3 times for a refill on the drinks , asked for a plate and soy sauce waiter came back 20 minutes later like we never asked . Asked again for refills and never came with them , ordered sesame chicken and it never came out with the other food , manager took off the food but it was about having the whole family together for a meal not the money , places don't get it .
Average Chinese food but better than a typical chain. Limited seafood and vegetarian options which is why we went on a Friday during lent. Overall pricy for average food.
Second time there, but definitely the last one! Lest start with the waiter that decided to keep the door opened for over a couple minutes (in the lobby while we were waiting for a table) in a freezing cold wind, and that's just to start. We get our table, order a couple drinks and an appetizer right after we place our order (2 dishes) so after we got our drinks and then the appetizer, we had to wait for over 40 minutes (correct me if im wrong) but 2 tables after us got their food quicker than us. At this time I wanted to just pay for the drinks and the appetizer and leave, to a point that an old gentleman came to our table, and in such a petty way said "dessert is on me". First of all, I don't need FREE stuff, if I wanted to have free shit I would've make a scene right away. Secondly, thanks to my wife, we stayed because she is always so nice that kept making excuses for you guys, but even after she said it was not right. By the way, the so called manager never came to check if the food was good.

Been going to PF CHANGS in freehold for years
But the last two times I have gone the food has not been good The Mongolian beef was burnt it actually looked shriveled up there no pork fried rice no more an the chicken lo mein was so small an the Lo mein looked like spaghetti.but the service was great believe it was Matt an made great drinks but no happy with the food at use to b much better
Have been here several times but today was not good. The chicken and broccoli was flavorless. They did not have white rice. The lettuce wraps looked as though the pan was scraped at the bottom and put on a plate. I will not be back to PF Changs again.

We went for an early dinner for my birthday. We split lettuce wraps & steamed dumplings & both were delicious. I can't recall what everyone else ate but the food was good. The honey chicken could have had more sauce. The serving sizes were large & we all went home with leftovers. Beer selection was good & I enjoyed my cocktail.
Quite pricey.

Much better experience than the last time I visited here. I would just say the lettuce wraps are no longer lettuce wraps but more so lettuce scoops as they used romain lettuce versus the whole head iceberg lettuce pfc is renowned for.
Went to celebrate daughter's Birthday along with 10 people @ the Freehold location. Had reservations, arrived 10min early but did not get seated until 40min later. The manager came over and apologized for the wait. He knew we were celebrating a Bday. He also said he would stop by later to check on us. Never came back. Heard the people next to us complain about their food but I Didn't think anything of it until we received our food. We had the Mongolian Beef. It was dry, very salty, & hard. Didn't taste fresh at all! Did I mention the manager never came back? When I made my reservation, they told me they'd bring out something and sing Happy Birthday. We heard others but they never came to our table. Paid my check and left. No Happy Birthday song, no manager. Over all, we were not happy with the food. The only good thing were the Lettuce Wraps, that's it. Not sure if I'd go back and give them my money after the food we were served.
