Our server Kenny was excellent, thank you! We appreciate the new added lighting on every table! We wish you would go back to traditional Chinese music in the background. The current music doesn't fit the theme.

I've been to this location quite a few times since it opened. The service has been good each time. The temperature of the food is always on point. The serving size is just right. Sometimes there is too much salt. The Mongolian beef particularly has been salty. The food has changed since 2020. Some things taste different, such as the crab wonton. Still good, but different and the sauce for dipping is not the same as it was. They have great cocktails. They even make seasonal ones. They have a great selection. Its really dark inside and while I dont mind it , sometimes I wish it was just a little less dark. Music isn't overwhelming. The noise level is not bad. I had the Orange Chicken spicy and it was delicious. Not too spicy, but the temperature was definitely hot. The pork dumplings were good as well, but again the sauce has changed for this one too. Bathrooms were clean. Parking can be challenging (it's at a mall so not all the time) small area for waiting to be seated.

We sat at the bar for dinner and Julia was our bartender and server. It was late at night and Julia was a ray of sunshine, fun, positive, and helpful. She made great recommendations and our drinks were fabulous. We will definitely be back.

We loved the experience — the food and the service were excellent. The only opportunity for improvement was the red wine, which tasted sour, as if the bottle may have been open for a while.

I hate to say this, but the last two times we went here the service was slow. Very slow. To be clear, the wait staff was not the issue and they were very apologetic. No, both times the kitchen was super slow. In one instance, we sat down at 6:00 p.m. and did not eat until 8:00 p.m. Food is still excellent but they need to do something about what's happening in the kitchen.

Patrick and Ana were fabulous when I realize one of my dishes contained fruit which I’m allergic to they replace it on questions asked and your manager Rafael was fantastic

Horrible experience!!!
I made a reservation for 6 PM, and our group arrived at 5:55 PM. The place was mostly empty - only a couple of tables occupied out of 30+ tables. But it took them more than 20 minutes to seat us. They are way understaffed.

Food was terrible also. Every food was super salty - from lettuce wraps, mongolian beef to Korean chicken. Speaking of Korean chicken, it is absolutely not Korean authentic. I could not have even one bite due to strange herb they used. They should not advertise it as Korean chicken. It will be misleading people.

Inside was also so hot and humid. It was hot and humid day. But they ran the A/C for 5 minutes every 30 minutes. Everyone was sweating.

The only positive side was the waiter was friendly.
I will never visit place again.

Disappointed. I would like to let the frustration with PF Chang - Freehold NJ-s food. 2nd time after pandemic went back and food we ordered.:
1. Sesame chicken
2. Teriyaki chicken

Well, on teriyaki chicken, we told to the waiter not spicy, and the waiter explaining it to us, that teriyaki chicken is not spicy (he was right, because on the menu the teriyaki chicken no hot pepper picture, the way they tell that the dish is spicy). Dish served and started eating and spicy and red pepper crushed on the dish, called the waiter and brought it back to the kitchen and new dish came, wort, more red pepper crushed after we explained it to the waiter no spicy. 3rd attempt, exchange it with sesame chicken, sesame chicken mostly flour just tiny chicken on it.

White rice. Not even cooked.

Will never go back. Just horrible

The food was spot on and well prepared, however the service was horrible! Our server interrupted me several times when I was trying to ask something. It also appeared our server waited to put in our appetizer order until we ordered our main lunch. We ordered the appetizer first so we would not get a food dump and be rushed. The lettuce wraps took almost 20 to 25 minutes. This cause part of our main order to come out before we had a chance to eat the appetizer. I tried to explain to the server that this was not acceptable and was cut off twice by him asking if we wanted him to remove the first part of the main meal. What I was hopping for was an apology and reason why this happened, but was blown off. I asked to see the manager and tried to explain to him what happened, and he just seemed to placate us. Again no reason provided. I was not looking for compensation (none was offered), I just wanted someone to explain why an appetizer took 20 minutes or more to arrive at our table. The manager just seemed fine with everything that happened. Our bill for three people was over $100.00, I believe when you spend that kind of money good service and no rudeness should expected.
