I hate to say this, but the last two times we went here the service was slow. Very slow. To be clear, the wait staff was not the issue and they were very apologetic. No, both times the kitchen was super slow. In one instance, we sat down at 6:00 p.m. and did not eat until 8:00 p.m. Food is still excellent but they need to do something about what's happening in the kitchen.

We had such a great time at P.F. Chang’s! I started with the Jade Margarita and Mai Tai — both were delicious and perfectly balanced. The famous Chang’s Lettuce Wraps were just as tasty as everyone says, and the Chicken Asian Caesar Wrap was not only flavorful but incredibly filling.
Dessert was the perfect finale — the Banana Spring Rolls with ice cream. The ice cream had that rich, tropical flavor that instantly reminded me of Mexican coconut ice cream…...

The Mongolian beef was delicious as always! The best part of the lunch was Damien who was not only helpful and considerate to us preferring to not eat mushrooms but was so friendly and funny! One of the best servers I have had recently! What a star! (Music was pretty loud)
