Panera Bread never disappoints! The space is always clean and welcoming, which makes for a comfortable dining experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive—great customer service all around. I also love the variety of food and drink options; everything I've tried has been fresh and delicious. Whether you're stopping in for a quick coffee or a full meal, it's always a pleasant visit. Highly recommend!

This Freehold location needs to do something about their loud music. I spoke to the manager previously and he said it was an automated system. We were there again today and the music was so annoyingly loud. In the Ladies bathroom the music is even louder because of the small room. We have visited other Panera locations in Manalapan, Howell, Brick, and Toms River, neither of them have music so loud. Music in a restaurant should be in the "background". On a positive note: the food is great, our order taker was very pleasant and we look forward to coming to this Freehold location again. Hopefully the music issue will be corrected.
