This Freehold location needs to do something about their loud music. I spoke to the manager previously and he said it was an automated system. We were there again today and the music was so annoyingly loud. In the Ladies bathroom the music is even louder because of the small room.

I usually won’t eat in places like Panera, I have had one or two other experiences at Paneras in other locations in NJ… this location in Freehold made a difference, the food though a bit not in proportions to the pricing, was fresh and relatively tasty. The manager Joe (maybe John, I might be mistaken, he’s the manager) was very professional and hospitable… I was a bit unsatisfied with one of the drinks ordered (a hot cappuccino) and he kindly explained and offered alternative...
