I used to go every week because of the convenience to a meeting I would attend. Meals were inconsistent and would be different every time. One week, we received disco fries made with cheddar instead of mozzarella.

Fresh food!!!
The food was not very well prepared. Burnt on bottom ice cold on top. Looked absolutely horrible a least one thing it tasted same as it looked. Also they have to keep the kitchen doors closed I wasn't very happy with viewing the going on in the kitchen. But our waitress was excellent that was the only bright spot.

Service was good, the food was not. I ordered an omlette, it was brown and tough on the outside and runny on the inside. I have tried this place several times, hoping they could deliver something cooked right but sadly no. So even though it is close to my home, I will continue to drive a few more minutes to Gus's on Rt 33, they know how to cook.

Went in and sat down. Bus boy was great gave us water quickly. Waited at least 30 minutes for menu's then had to ask for the specials menu. Took the waitress a good 25 minutes to come back and ask if we were ready. It was not very busy. People seated next to us with a different waitress got their food ate and left before we got anything. Then I had to put the rack out to help the waitress. My Mom had gotten the sol. It was burnt. They only had 2 vegetables to pick from that came with the fish. Broccoli or corn. Neither of which my Mom can eat. They do not do substitutions. I had the farmers wrap. The zucchini was really thick cut, fries were burnt. We waited longer for the food then it took us to eat. Onion rings were good though. I do not recommend this place. I miss Golden Bell when they were there. The floor was filthy too....Then we had to wave down the waitress for our bill. Not a good experience and I will not be back unless it's for the onion rings. My Dad had went and go8t the Vietnamese turkey burger a couple weeks ago and they didn't know how to make it. So he waited awhile until the cooks figured it out. I can cook better then they can. SMH. Owners are very rude. Think they are gods. Go to the Americana instead. OWNERS ARE AHOLES!

Our dinner at Nine Park was a complete disappointment. The food was lukewarm, bland, and clearly rushed out of the kitchen. The service was even worse - our waiter seemed uninterested and took forever to bring drinks and refill water. We left feeling hungry and very underwhelmed, definitely not worth the price." Filthy extremely rude will not go there again🤢

Ok service was ehhhh. Girl looked like she never waitressed. But the food is amazing I had the Bolognese and the portions were hefty and I was very well seasoned and flavorful. I really liked it a lot. The food was really good. The soup was really good as well. And yeah I'd been going here for years. Other than the waitress everything was perfect. I would have given it a five stars

Service was not great since the coffee came at the same time with food.
Nothing special with food either. It was an average.
Restaurant should provide smth good you can’t do or find at home. (Authentic food, cozy environment)
