My friend and I ordered two bubble teas without extra sugar, but both turned out very sweet and neither of us enjoyed them. This issue hadn’t happened before, but this time we ended up paying for drinks we couldn’t even drink. It would be helpful to add a clear ā€œno additional sugarā€ option to the menu. Also, not all staff seem to understand this request: sometimes they only ask ā€œLess sugar?ā€, while what I mean is truly ā€œno additional sugar.ā€

I asked for no sugar added in my drink and was told they can’t adjust the sugar. They have to add it. Just lost a customer. She literally could have just skipped 1 step.

EDITED: Visit #1: Nasty attendant wouldn’t allow a change to order despite immediately recognizing an input error was made on screen and paid for.
Visit #2 11/2/24: Friendly attendant smiling great service glad I gave them a 2nd chance.

Discovered this in September 2024 and was amazed! Up until Summer this location was super busy but there were four workers and they were quick and friendly. Same with two other locations I've been too. I lOVE the Slush but this is my second visit in a month and it's the same two girls working and both times the same exact thing happened. One cuts mangos and the other makes the drinks. My drink was awful both times. Please can you teach her how? It's just watery with chunks. I drive far just to come here.

The service was horrible it’s sad that employees are rude and it makes me not want to come back. The girl at the counter said there wasn’t anymore tapioca for the day and we said okay that’s fine. So we asked her for our drinks and I don’t know if she didn’t hear us cause she was cutting mangos right next to the register but we said it again and she continued to cut mangoes. She could’ve said sure just give me a minute, but nothing she was silenced. That made us leave and not even order on the tablet because who knows if we ordered on the tablet, if she would even make our drinks.
