Rook in Freehold made itself a staple in my morning routine! Not only do they craft a fantastic product to help jumpstart my daily productivity, but the employees are some of the kindest people going. It’s hard not to smile when in the building, knowing you’re going to indulge in a delicious cup of coffee and chat with a great staff of people. Thank you Rook in Freehold, I will see you tomorrow.

I have bought coffee from rook (specifically Freehold) now for close to 6 years. When I say they are above and beyond with me and so many customers I mean it. I believe customer service is a key ingredient to a successful business and the staff in the Freehold location exceeds all expectations when it comes to this. I urge everyone to go out of their way to come try this coffee and see for yourself why I am such a believer in the product. Specialty flavors are always unique and I enjoy majority of them. Staff is fantastic if you take the time to greet them they will reciprocate.

This entire team of bartistas are truly some of the nicest, most hardworking group I've come across. Even during the biggest rushes, the wait isn't long and the staff is SO friendly. Autumn is so knowledgeable and kind, love her!!!!

Drove here early morning for their supposedly good coffee. I ordered the hot Colombian which is a light-medium and apparently their popular choice.

It honestly was close to dark and tasted like diner coffee. I expected it to taste better after it cooled a bit, but it didn't. It had zero acidity - something you would rather expect from a coffee that costs almost 4$.

Otherwise, the service and the ambience of the café was great!
