We ordered from this place many times to deliver as a work lunch. I always have hot veggie sandwich. I went to store to order one for home. Costumer service was horrible. No welcome no hi- nothing! The older lady wanted make my sandwich from regular bread Zi told her it is not what I want and pointed on picture on the wall , she said panini is not coming in veggie! She had non interest to work on my order at all. And the young lady was same! I said maybe I am in wrong place( I wad not) they said probably!

Wow… First time in all the 20+ years of being a loyal customer, very disappointing experience. We have been to dozens of Saladworks restaurants but we made the mistake of visiting the Freehold NJ location tonight. It was after 6 pm but we were surprised that some items appeared to be “wilted & dry”. We placed our order, skipping those items, and were shocked when the servers just pressed a lid on the containers & handed them to us after we told them “dining in”. We asked why they hadn’t tossed the salads & dressings together and were told “ we don’t have a lot room back here”. They then actually stood there and “shook” the containers! Handed them back to us and said “All tossed!” There were no forks out and when we went back & asked for forks the young girl insisted she gave us forks….. back & forth a few times, finally gave us forks. There were 2 young girls & 1 young man. After they gave us our order all 3 went to sit in a back corner to look at their phones and chat. Half the tables were dirty and the trash can was filled to the brim.Saladworks are usually known for “Premium Salads”, you expect to pay more for quality. That’s why we look for them when we’re out at meal time.Management might want to consider more training for this locations staff. We visited 3/4/24 Check#2089 We will not be visiting this location again.

We walked in at 10 minutes to 8. There was 1 person in front of us but all the lettuce was away. The soup was away. The lights were low. We were greeted with “you’re the last salads” we close in 5 minutes. The sign didn’t say they closed at 7:55 AND it was 7:50. We got a side of rudeness when we asked for soup. Nothing was mixed or even asked. We had to ask about getting extra dressing which only was provided on the side not option to put on it and we were not asked about bread which was shoved in the ripped bag. I would have kindly declined the bread as I have celiac. So, needless to say I spent $30 on 2 salads to not eat one as I was nervous of the cross contamination. It’s unfortunate because they’re aren’t that many good salad places around and Saladworks is only average at best. But this took the cake. I will never go to this Saladworks location again.

New Years Eve, early afternoon. The clerk looked, acted and sounded lethargic, like she didn't want to be there. I tried to pay with two $5 debit cards, which I got when I bought two $25 debit cards as Christmas gifts, and she refused to take both, because they "cant be combined with any other offer." I go here at least once a week, but I think I'll take a little break now.

I ordered a salad yesterday and this employee was using the tip of the tongs to gather the selections to my salad, not the designated scoops. Because of this, my salad was very small. A side salad, essentially. We all know these salads are way overpriced to begin with, but for this employee to not use the designated tools to create a salad, it REALLY made my salad overpriced.I didn't see the scale there anymore, but these salads should be weighed for accuracy, especially when they're tiny.Let's just say I saw more white on my square plastic dish than I did food. She provided more for me when I asked, so I can't complain too much. But really...these salads should be PLENTIFUL for the amount they cost. Not a little side dish.Train all your staff properly.

I use to love coming here but now portions are smaller and prices are more (this I can deal with because that is the world we live in). What really got me and what will make me think twice about coming back is the dressing portion. They give one small container of dressing on the side for a 16 dollar salad. It is two dollars more if you want another one. One container of dressing does not even give enough flavor to the salad, so it is not that you are asking for EXTRA dressing you just want enough for your salad. This needs to be fixed.

I come to salad works at-least once a week this used to be my favorite place but i guess with the inflation they raised their prices which is fine. But the portions got smaller, the dressing container is smaller . They got rid of their cherry tomatoes . Even their pasta is different now .i wouldn’t mind the price change if the quality of the salad was still the same .Parking: Parking is easy

I have been going regularly the last couple of years. The owner has made some terrible changes lately. Increase in prices, smaller salad containers, smaller dressing containers and now charging for paper bag!! The quality is not what it used to be!! I'm done!!

severely over-priced and they make sure you get very little protein in your salad. offensive.

I found this place when I was working in the area. In a effort to eat better especially while on business trips for weeks at a time I was excited to find a healthy option that was close to my hotel. What I will say is that I like the concept, however on this particular visit the produce items werent the freshest. It seemed like the onions were once frozen and were now limp with no crunch. On this particular day I only got a vegetable salad with no meat or cheese, but the girl said that you can get any 5 toppings that you want before you are charged for extras, even proteins. I wasnt too happy with this visit but I am willing to give them a try to see if things may be different a second time around. It is definitely a great concept and I am looking forward to going back and seeing what culinary masterpiece I can make over there.

We ordered two Avocado Cobb Salads for delivery. There was zero avocado on them. It’s in the NAME of the salad. Come on now. It wasn’t cheap either. Total waste of money.

Food is fresh. Younger employees are friendly but not so much the older, shorter lady with the glasses.
