Just dined in at this restaurant for the first time and sadly the last. I was excited to try it but it just wasn't good. The waiter barely understood our order. The dumplings were so bland and the ramen was terrible :( the broth tasted like water and the meat was bland as well. My guest and I waited for a manager to come around but we never saw any worker beside the waiter. Id really like a refund of this dinner as it was not good at all.

One of the best tasting ramen I have ever had. Great flavor, actually feels like an authentic bowl of ramen. Super attentive staff. Great interior and seating. If you’re waiting long, it’s worth it!

I got the chicken katsu ramen and requested spicy seasoning/oil on the side and the flavors did not disappoint. The yuzu flavor was the highlight for me. Light and citrusy flavor throughout the bowl. Restaurant was quiet and peaceful during our meal. Prices are reasonable. いただきます!

This was our third time visiting Soho Ramen, and it just keeps getting better every time. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly, kind, and welcoming — you can really feel how much they care about their customers. The service is always fast and thoughtful, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The food is honestly the best — everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The ramen broth is rich and comforting, and every dish feels like it’s made with real care and love. The portions are generous, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the kind of place that makes you want to stay and relax. Soho Ramen has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants, and we can’t recommend it enough. Every visit leaves us happy and excited to come back again!

Employee was very discriminatory towards me because I had a disability. He was making a mockery of my disability. Extremely vulgar and inconsistent with communication.
Do NOT dine at this restaurant. It is certain that this restaurant obviously had multiple five star reviews, and did not account for what this restaurant is not telling you. If you have a disability whether that may be if it’s learning or physical, do not put yourself through stress and have the restaurant make you wait over an hour for your order just to find out that the restaurant is already closed at the time of the wait. For people who have disabilities, do not dine at this particular restaurant, even if you tend or intend on becoming a paying customer as a regular. This will save you from all of the stress and anxiety. You would have to go through and the employees will not have to make you repeat yourself to a point where it’s becoming an inconvenience to you as a customer.
After tonight, the restaurant lost a potential paying customer. I would give this restaurant zero star review however that’s not possible so I just rather get this restaurant a one star review. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else particularly and perhaps not in this particular establishment.

Nice modern interior. This is our 2nd time. The ramen is just ok. The chicken wasn't as clean as I like it. We sat for almost 15 min before someone took our order. They need to step up their game to compete against all the food options we have in freehold. I'll come back in 6 months to see if it changed and alter my rating

I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. I door dashed dinner for my girlfriend and myself. It took an hour and a half for them to make it. Two door dashers left in the process because the wait was too long. When I finally received my food it was room temperature to cold. And get this, the ramen soup lids had microwave for two minutes before pouring over noodles written on the tops. How am I spending almost $80 on two meals and appetizers that I have to microwave upon receiving. I’ll never order from here again.

I had the Soho Ramen....i gotta tell ya, that was AMAZING ... probably the best ramen I have had in awhile. I had the Soho Ramen, broth was light but flavorful, pork belly was tender and not fatty. The flavors are on point. Had to come back a second time. Service is great. Atmosphere is just right for what they are serving. Will be back soon.
