The ladies at this location need to be recognized for how amazing they are. They are always so kind to me and everyone that walks in there and I really applaud them for their customer service. They are always willing to fix an error (even if they didn’t make it, like ordering from DoorDash and it comes from a different location) and I just really appreciate the good vibes here. I ordered a small Mocha, and as always, it tasted great. The service was excellent too. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly—they were genuinely friendly and welcoming. I’m mentioning this because, at some restaurants I visit regularly 😉😉, they barely acknowledge you. Those places could really learn a thing or two about customer service. What’s worse, they don’t even show any regret when they make mistakes.

In my household, we’re all big fans of Starbucks! Every Saturday, we make our way to Freehold Mall, and you can bet we always stop by for our favorite drinks. The employees there are amazing—super friendly and always so polite. It just makes our visits even more enjoyable!

Not from the area but I stopped for a coffee on a Saturday morning. The energy and the staff were incredible! They were super friendly, helpful, and had positive attitudes with everyone they interacted with. They even had some customers come in that they knew on a first name basis and their order. The staff overall seemed to work well with each other. Honestly wish the Starbucks in my area was as good as this one!
I wish this was my home Starbucks. I’ve stopped at this location a few times in the past few weeks while visiting the hospital. Drinks are on the money and the staff works efficiently!
