I have a closer Starbucks to me than this location, but I drive out of the way here because the service is always better. I feel like this place runs like a pretty well oiled machine. I place my order on the app for pick up and I rarely have to wait when I arrive, it's usually ready which I like. The drinks are consistent which I can't say about other locations.

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time I was a little annoyed with how the manager was yelling about employee shift coverage or something. But I ignored it. Today I go in and the same manager is sat at a little table yelling to the employee behind the counter about how a shift meeting before someone going on vacation is not going to happen. The other employee calmly and kindly went over to give the manager a drink that she just spend a few minutes making. The manager couldn’t even look up from her phone to say thank you to this employee for bringing her the drink. This manager needs a lesson in professionalism and how to act at work. This is with a full cafe of people sitting and working.

This location can’t make a good cinnamon dolce latte. If I pay $8.48 for a cup of coffee I should expect a coffee done correctly.

Worst matcha latte I’ve ever gotten at a Starbucks. It tasted very watery/milky & no matcha or sweetness, will definitely not be returning.

Coffee and sandwich were good. Barista was friendly, interactive, and helpful. But man, was it freezing inside! (While it was also cold outside)

Surprisingly dirty. Outdoor tables and bathroom were messy. They had quite a few staff members and weren't that busy, but it appears none of them were trained in housekeeping/maintenance. The music was too loud ... presumably for benefit of the staff, since it was too loud to have a conversation inside.

The employees need to be trained better. For the first time visiting this location I left very angry. First of all the two cashiers were in the corner talking and laughing, ignoring the line of customers. Normally at other coffee shops the employee is ready to take the next customer as soon as they walk in. I was waiting on a fairly long line for atleast 5 minutes, when a customer who had just walked in cut the line and went right to the front. The two cashiers were still talking in the corner until they finally noticed there was a line for ordering items. I can't blame the cashiers for the rude customer cutting the line, but they should have been more aware and called the next customer over.

Lots of kids hang out here. They have tables, inside and outside, all were taken because of all the kids. The staff was friendly, parking was easy. Great spot for a mobile order.
