Beautiful Starbucks, but if starbucks is going to charge 1.25 for cold foam they need to make it cold foam! I got the strawberry cold foam with my matcha (my fav) and it was just strawberry milkiness :(

I haven't been to one of these places in several years. I'm not a fan of fancy stuff. I was tired I pulled in for a cup of coffee. The woman tells me they don't have coffee. Isn't this a coffee store? Then she offers me some other stuff I didn't know what it was. How can you not have coffee at a coffee store? No wonder this stock is trash

I often stop at this location on my way north in the mornings, as it’s the closest location to my house. I have seen employees not pour the espresso shot I paid for into my coffee and attempt to serve it to me TWO times now. Other times I’ve been too busy to ask them to put the shot in my coffee that clearly wasn’t in there (by look and taste). I understand they get really busy in there, but I don’t appreciate corners being cut especially when I pay extra for espresso to be added in. Ham and Swiss Croissant is often barely cooked.
Everyone is really nice in there I don’t mean to completely rain on their parade, just have had too many mess ups. Going to start hitting manalapan.

I stop by today the workers,take so long to give the order that I les,return letter so the gime the tea cool ,the some of the workers keep touching the hear the face and keep attending not washing the hands some had the hear at the face they need to be a little cleaner, the place is nice

This location is closed for renovations. There is no information provided for when it may reopen. I called the phone number but it just rings. How hard would it be to provide an answering machine that details the dates when the store will reopen. How about adding it to the web site. JUST PROVIDE INFORMATION. Is that asking too much?

This Starbucks is closed, looks like a posable remodeling job. The website should explain, so people don't show up until it's reopened or permanently close.
Honestly, my coffee is never right from this location, today specifically i ordered a venti iced Vanilla Cold brew with light ice, and it tastes like water with a splash of coffee. To spend 6 dollars on a coffee for it to taste like the left over of melted iced coffee is infuriating, it’s not even drinkable.

It's not that I hold any aversion towards it; it simply isn't my preferred establishment.However, today marks a significant shift in my patronage, as I hereby declare myself a steadfast adherent of Starbucks. Yet, this conversion isn't prompted by the coffee, but rather by the exemplary service I encountered. In a moment of folly, I found myself stranded, having depleted my fuel reserves along Route 9, barely managing to coast into the Starbucks parking lot.In a matter of minutes, Matthew Repace, one of the managers, emerged to assist me in diagnosing the issue—a mere oversight on my part. Realizing the simplicity of the solution—more fuel—he promptly embarked on a mission to procure the necessary gasoline.While I cannot speak to the usual standards of service at Starbucks, if it is customary for them to extend such magnanimous gestures, I humbly retract my initial indifference. Allow me to extend my sincere gratitude to Matt. Though perhaps Starbucks compels such actions to maintain the flow of its operations, the grace and warmth with which he attended to my predicament surpassed any expectation. Matt, you exemplify the epitome of courtesy and professionalism, and I am deeply thankful for your assistance on this day.

Store is as slow as a box of baby turtles being let go to the ocean. I was greeted once sat down for about 10 min no one asked about my drink. Than I finally realized I ordered at the wrong location. Went up to the baristas the blonde girl on the drive thru bar was rude and an attitude wouldn’t listen kept saying “that’s his thing, that’s his thing” about the guy on the mobile bar. Thank god he was a sweet heart I was already running late. But that girl has a nasty attitude and is slow on the drive thru bar. I’m just upset because lanes mill location would have asked me what’s the name on the mobile order. And I would have figured it out faster. ESPECIALLY SINCE THE STORE WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL.
