Kazu has been a favorite for over 20 years. Great food, atmosphere, and, service. No other sushi-ya we've been to has ever come close.

The blonde waitress tells everyone, no matter how many tables are available that the wait will be 1-2 hours, even when the place is half empty. Today she told us an hour wait though it only took 5 minutes and there were plenty of available tables. It's as if she is trying to scare business away.

I see all of the reviews with such “horrible customer service experience”, however it is you who still doesn’t get it.
Sushi by Kazu does not run on the rules you execute, but instead, they dictate their own- and that is what you don’t like… change your attitude and you will be served...
