This Taco Bell could very well have taken the top place for Best Taco Bell in New Jersey.

I ordered some items to eat and the potatoes in the taco were old and the chicken in the other taco was old and not fresh.

Had the worst nachos there
Then I went back another time for burritos and the whole place has no electricity power, but neighbor Popeyes had power, go figure.

Stood in the walk in near the registers and had nobody even engage me to take my order. Horrible service....I walked out. Should just go to online and drive up if the customer service in the walk in is gonna be so shitty

The tacobell was nice and quick but the food wasn't made right and made us quite sick.

Get rid of the kiosks. They're NOT a "feature" for customers, their presence in fast food restaurants deters me from patronizing them. It takes longer for me to order, they are frustrating, and they detract any social contact with otherwise helpful staff like those found at this restaurant. Smart owners should get rid of them and advertise such. Try it shut them down and advertise it with signs... See if the business increases.

### Review for the New Taco Bell in Freehold, NJ on Route 9

I’ve been a regular at the new Taco Bell on Route 9 in Freehold since they opened. My husband and I enjoyed our Taco nights in the parking lot, until last week. After a busy workday, we went for our weekly Taco Tuesday run. I ordered the Chicken Cantina #11 meal. Unfortunately, both taco shells were broken, there was hardly any chicken, and the meal was poorly assembled. It looked like a returned meal. I didn’t even taste it. My husband took it back, and we got a refund. I swore never to return.

However, my husband convinced me to give them another chance tonight, thinking maybe it was just a bad night last week. I reluctantly agreed. To my disappointment, the same thing happened again. The shells were stale, there was hardly any chicken, and it was sloppily made. That’s it, Taco Bell on Route 9 (the new Taco Bell). I noticed Chick-fil-A had long drive-thru lines, Round Pie Pizza was packed, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe was busy, but Taco Bell’s drive-thru was always empty. After today, I will never go back to Taco Bell at 3321 US-9, Freehold Township, NJ 07728.

My daughter and I like this as a quick food option. The fresh ingredients are quite fresh and tasty, and the spiciness of the food is pretty good for fast food. The sodium content is through the roof on most of it, but that's to be expected for fast food.
