I catered an event with Continental breakfast and bagels and lox platter. Terrace did an amazing job. There were so much food and supplies. They did not disappoint. Everything tasted great and the presentation was beautiful. Price charged was extremely fair. I will definitely be using their service for future events.

Probably the best bagels I have ever eaten in my half century of life. Unfortunately, this place also has some of the worst service I have seen in a while. Between waiting, wrong orders, and the too often disinterested teenager working the register…it’s quite a sacrifice of your time for that best bagel ever. Sometimes businesses who know they have the best product, they slip, because they can. Unfortunate. “How long does it take to butter a friggin bagel?” Over and over this went through my head as I waited and watched DoorDashers dash past me. Then when you finally do get your order, you drive home, to open up the order, and then find that the bagels that you wanted with butter, all came toasted with butter. Never asked for them to be toasted. If this happened one time, zero chance I would write a review.

They have the best bagels in town, but if you order on DoorDash they forget a portion of the order every single time. 3 weeks in a row I’ve had to submit missing items and I get a potion of the money back, but I would much rather have the order completed correctly than to have the money back as we just want to eat the bagels. I will update the review after a few successful orders as hopefully they improve

All the employees work hard there. Usually very busy! But the food comes out relatively fast! Great ppl and service!
Best bagels around but not the first time I was shorted on an order or got wrong bagel in my order if you call no one picks up. I understand that they get slammed but when I left they were not busy tried calling within 10 minutes of leaving and no one picked up
4.95$ for a mini bagel and cream cheese? Seriously?? No explanation. Screen says different price. Kids especially the Mexican girl is clue less. Doesn't even know the prices.
Will go elsewhere. Rip.off.

An impetuous and vastly ignorant business sensed child behind the counter took care of that..
Did not have time to involve a manager over a disagreement over a single bagel..a single bagel..which will cost them dearly in lost revenue that I would have so graciously provided
what this power tripped child perceived as a case of 'crime of the century' was in reality a simple request for a single bagel that I had purchased and not received..
and which turned out costing this business hundreds if not thousands of potential future business dollars..
Word of advice..be careful who you hire to interact with your clientele

The Bagel was delicious, but in my personal opinion the hospitality is not up to part with service. If it’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s an employee giving halfway hospitality with their service towards customers(giving off a vibe almost as if they don’t want to serve you).Bagel was delicious, I’m not quite sure if I’ll eat here again. Not on a high enough vibratory frequency for me.

My daughter moved to freehold about four years ago, and this place is definitely our go to for bagels and sandwiches. I took my grandson there this morning to get a bagel and chicken salad. I inadvertently received egg salad. I called and they were more than accommodating, giving me several options to make this correct. I stated I would come and get the correct item, when I arrived not only did they have the correct item ready they offered me any bagels I wanted to take home. Customer Service, outstanding, thank you Terrace bagels.!!!
