I have better experiences at other Fridays. This one location I will not go to anymore. The last time me n my family went there they sat us in a bad spot. Some of the utensils were dirty even though they were wrapped up. The table next to us was obnoxious. They kept cursing n being loud n im there sitting with my wife n kids. The timing of the food was off. Even though it was convenient to go to that location cause it was closer for my wife to meet us. Never again. After that experience we have gone to other Friday locations n we enjoyed it better. This shouldn't even be a full star. More like half of a star.

Because it was my cousin's birthday. She ordered her food. First the state look like you bald it. Not cooked on the grill to make the steak look like. Brown. It was pink and Ashley White. She had the shrimp with bacon wrapped around it. It came out uncooked bacon. She sent it back. Bacon was broke when I came back. She did no longer want her food. She just got an appetizer. My sister Michelle she ordered her steak it came out the way she would love to have it cooked. But it was very cold. I ordered the chicken caesar salad. Because I know I was in TGIF restaurant in the wrong area. The one I love the most is no one in Eatontown. There are more friendlier. They say please and thank you. These people did not. Even the bartender when I asked her can you change this $10 period to five singles and $5. She snatched it out of my hand. I said thank you. She didn't even say you're welcome. The waitress she was clueless. You need to retrain all your waiters and waitresses. The timing was very off. When you put the food down you should wait at least a minute of the first bite of two plates with steak and see if they like it or not. That didn't happen. We try to talk to her to make sure she got the list of stuff that we needed. She was gone

Awful. Half priced apps are no longer in the restaurant, only the bar area and no one warns you. I figure that if an entire table orders appetizers, you might want to give them a heads up, or at least have the hostess offer bar seats to people coming in. We can't have been the only group complaining about this recently, especially since a table near us upon receiving their bill told the server the bill was wrong because it was supposed to be half priced for the appetizers. The manager was no help either stating that "it was never half priced...(once contested) never in the past 5 years...(contested) okay never in the past year. What do you want? I can't make a whole table's apps half price" Ridiculous, considering if we sat on the other side of a wall, then he not only could have, but would have had to!
