So many options to choose from, you can't go wrong with earing here. There is something for everyone, from burgers to salad, to pstas and steak. Mu grilled chicken with avocado sandwich was excellent. The chicken eas nice and tender and it also came with a choice of fries or salad. Of course, I ended up with the fries, which are my weakness. My husband ordered the Louisiana chicken pasta which was tasty. Our only gripe was that it was very buttery, which some may like. The chicken was fried to a crisp and paired well with the pasta.Of course, had to save room for cheesecake but we ended up taking it to go so we could slowly savor it at home.This place does get extremely busy on the weekends with quite a long wait time. Best time to go is during an off hour or on a weekday. It's a great place for date night as the lighting at night is dim and every table is very cozy.There is also a bar if you like drinks as well.

Used to go here a bit more frequent but either the food deteriorated or I just didn't realize how unhealthy the place was. Just went again last week, after probably year off, and this was the worst experience yet. Bit I and my wife got salads. Mine was drowned in some strong vinegar dressing. Simple weent right thru my stomach and about 2 hours later post bathroom visit, emptied and feeling better, I committed to never doing this again. My wife is still sick a week later. And no, it's not like food poisoning where things might happen, this was simply way over done with very unhealthy dressing that is killing your insides. Never again.

The female greeter on the front desk with the pink hair immediately put us off with her negative attitude. We usually love the food there but she was so miserable we went somewhere else out of principle. Hopefully management will realize soon that they need someone with better people skills and a friendly demeanor on their front desk.

I've been to cheesecake factory about 10 times food is normally really good but 4 times they messed up my order I think that there is a problem in the beck of the housetonight I ordered the Santa Fe salad. its supposed to come with blackened chicken . there was no chicken in my or my wife's salad . we did let the server know this . he was really good about it but came back with very cold bland chicken not like the chicken that normally comes with it .we didn't even eat it . it wasn't good at all . I normally wouldn't have said something but mistakes happened several times I think the back of the house needs to do betterfood quality is normally good but for what it costs they shouldn't be making mistakes 4 out of about 10 times of me going there

I have no problem paying more for good food, however I just paid 20+ dollars for a Cesar salad like a half a piece of tiny chicken on it, will not be back.

The server was totally distracted and only came to the table 1 time after we got our meals. But the food was subpar which is surprising for this place. So many choices out their with more reasonable prices to choose from.

Called 4 days prior to make a reservation for my daughter's 10th birthday dinner was told to call closer to the date. Then was told the day before unfortunately you cannot do a reservation for more than 4 people but we should be fine showed up with my party and was unable to be seated until 10pm which would have been 3 hours later there were no type of trying to seat me no help nothing I felt very dismissed as I'm a frequent customer of cheesecake factory. Went to olive garden was seated with no problems and they were very accommodating will never return this location again menlo park mall location has better service anyway.

It was my first time at The Cheesecake Factory, and I was not disappointed. Started with fried Mac and Cheese and Buffalo Blasts. They were sooo good. I was full after those but ordered dinner anyway. I ordered Steak Diane and Chicken Madeira. I swear a 5 star chef made this meal. My daughter had Margherita flat bread pizza, and it smelled and looked so good. She loved it. Our waiter was Sean K. Someone else mentioned in their review how great he was and I thought, that's probably a family member, well I'm not family and I can agree 1000% that Sean really is that good at his job. Attentive without being overbearing. Seriously, 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
