This past Sunday, my aunt and I went to The Loaded Spoon for the first time. We decided to try out their brunch menu.Atmosphere: The atmosphere was fun and playful with 4 different seating themed options. I had no problem being seated since it wasn't crowded/busy, however it took some time for a waited to come ask me for my drink order.Service: Our waitress was super nice and helpful explaining which items were her favorite.Food: The brunch menu didn't have much of an option to choose from. I chose, The Bear Omelet (based on the show The Bear)and a side of loaded hash browns. The omelet was good but didn't look remotely close to the one on TV. The Loaded hash browns had smokey bacon bits and a cheddar cheese sauce. The hash browns were actually just tator tots.My aunt ordered the chicken and waffles. The breading wasn't crunchy and fell off easily. We weren't show if they used coconut flour or something. My aunt didn't think they cooked the chicken long enough bcuz she found it hard to break apart the chicken. She ended up ordering the open faced garlic steak sandwich medium well. The meal was a skirt steak on top of two toasted garlic toast. The steaks flavor didn't have much the garlic butter but the char was good. That meal was okay.Overall: I think I would have to go during dinner time which seems to provide more options. I also believe that the restaurant is know for their outrageous and oversized milkshakes and cocktails. I'm not a one and done type of foodie, I'll give a restaurant another chance, bcuz sometimes a restaurant could have an off day. I give the brunch service a 3 out of 5 star.

The drinks were good . I liked the vibe of the place . However the food sucked . The meatball appetizer had no flavor at all . The chicken parm was big in size but flavor was not good at all .

Great atmosphere! Waitress was super attentive. I couldn’t decide what I wanted so I told her to surprise me and she did and she did not disappoint. Would highly recommend. Even went right to Iplay to play some games afterwords.

Usually when I temper my expectations I come away impressed. Despite all the glamorous pictures of the atmosphere online, which to be fair made me think it was like a space in an amusement park being next to iPlay America, I was expecting gimmicky food and drinks. Instead what I got mostly matched the atmosphere, which is nicer and looks less convoluted in person: an excellent cocktail, a solid beer pour, and a reasonably good appetizer. All in a restaurant environment that is a modern version of hip and trendy, and that isn't negatively affected by being in an indoor arcade space. Let's Spoon was an expertly-crafted concoction of gin and raspberry jam, lending itself to a slightly thicker-than-average consistency for the cocktail. I would have joked that a spoon in the drink would make the aesthetic, but my friend ordered one after and got a tiny spoon with raspberry jam in her drink. This was definitely on the stronger side, with enough gin to round out the drink and make it feel worthwhile. I can tell it's a good, if not great, cocktail because I was able to happily sip on it. As a cocktail bar, Loaded Spoon is relaxing and markedly better than the average restaurant. I ordered the Thai Chicken Skewers, and this was also better than expected: the Thai chili sauce had prominent flavors, the chicken was barbecued well if not a tad overcooked, and the bread served with it sopped up the wonderful sauce nicely. Now I'm slightly curious about the entrees. Desserts in particular have my attention, as what I saw looked delicious and multi-layered with fresh whipped cream and numerous sweet elements. The milkshakes I saw ordered looked better than competing milkshake menus at other restaurants that do over-the-top milkshakes with cake, etc. on top. All of the desserts looked to be outrageous. This is a higher-end establishment, so do expect to come here for a special occasion or a night out for drinks. The bar has plenty of space, with a couple of benches and seats wrapping around the room. The dining room tables also looked comfortable, and well-constructed like a nicer Atlantic City casino restaurant. A lot of reviews mention the service, and the bartenders were pretty much on top of their game. I appreciate how they provided water as well without having to ask for it. The front desk staff were accommodating enough to questions. All-in-all I had a wonderful time at The Loaded Spoon, which is what matters in a cocktail bar.

We had a birthday brunch with 7 adults, and they accommodated us with a round table in the back dining room. The food was delicious, the service was sporadic (they forgot the birthday girl’s meal and did not come around often for refills etc.), and the DJ’s ‘club’ music was way too loud for a brunch….the waitress did, however, turn it down to a more appropriate level….twice….because someone turned it up again after the first time.

Tried this for the first time this weekend with my kids. The prices are a bit extreme , especially inside on iPlay , which is supposed to be a family venue. The food was OK. My kids had to order adult size meals because they have a very limited selection for a kids menu. I am not sure why this place is so overly priced out. It does not have a true identity. It is trying too hard to be high end and honestly fails at this attempt. My feeling is that the loaded spoon will not be around by end of 2024. The limited menu and obscene prices will turn away many families. 1/5 stars because I couldn't give 0.

The food was great but when we were there the music was a little loud and it was hard to have a conversation. Service and drinks were pretty good as well.
