For a place that demands “perfection” and only hires the best, the reviews are sure way below the Tommy’s own personal standards. Half the management staff is very kind. The other half are dishonest pretentious individuals that dress like slobs that don’t know their own menu and don’t have a clue to what their staff is really doing. I expected much better. 90% or above at least. Hard to take a place seriously when half the management staff including the GM is dishonest and doesn’t.

My wife and I stopped here after a day of running errands. We were seated promptly and the atmosphere was nice but the food and drinks were just average. If you go here be sure to ask what is most popular because the burgers we got tasted like average diner food quality. The beers were not that cold even though we received them shortly after ordering them as well. Maybe their pizza or sushi are better but i don't plan on coming back to try.

Had a great quick lunch. Dragon shrimp roll was very good. Espresso martini was delightful. Service was great and quick, which I loved. Shawn the bartender was great.
Parking: Though there is a large parking lot, it is always extremely busy and can be difficult to find parking

I have left 3 great reviews mentioning Kirby the HOSTESS Meral the SERVER & ROB the MANAGER & since 3rd time's a charm & it still didn't post any of them at your end...this is my last one!! Place great/food delicious/all staff friendly & the table servers go all out/price okay & bathrooms immaculate which is always looked at by us ladies!! All in All great place & will definite be returning for my Birthday this month!!! To the OWNER/ PROPRIETOR... Don't change a THING!!!

The food was great, can’t say the same about our service. Besides ordering food, imagine asking for only one thing and you’re already halfway done with your food? It’s disappointing to be told a weird excuse, if u forgot it’s okay to admit that. 3/4 worked as a server before, we get it. But to stand around and talk and roam around with no updates for us until questioned was weird. It made our whole experience uncomfortable. Our server’s name was Olivia.

Okay so I have attempted to go to TT twice...both times too crowded & noisy so I don't ever do a third to anywhere!! But my friend Doreen treated me for a special occasion & chose this one because we both live near!! First person we met was KIRBY who definitely needs to be moved up to receive the title of "Head Hostess"!! Then the walk to our booth showing off the afternoon atmosphere already in high gear in ambiance motion!! Next our Sweet Little Waitress Meral filled with chit chat while sharing what's good on the menu & suggesting I try Sam Adams non-alcoholic as I ordered Heineken 0.0 along with the most amazing tasting chicken wings & my garlic aioli steak sandwich!! Dor had the delicious "Apple stuffed with so many goodies" salad & we would have gotten dessert & coffee but were stuffed & had to pick up our grandchildren!! Ladies bathroom clean (which all us GIRLS like), staff super friendly & helpful, price pretty good especially for the portions they give you & just a place worth your visit!!! Last we wanted Tshirts so had to wait a minute for Rob the Mgr who didn't have the ones we wanted or the sizes but promised us he will order them asap & will have them in stock for us when we "come back"...smooth move, helpful & nice to look at so we couldn't get annoyed at all!!! Told my grandson Evan (who has already eaten here with my daughters & other family members & loves it) & he informed me that he can't wait to go when I take & TREAT them all out to here for my birthday this month!!! So that finally ends my review & I hope anyone who reads this goes & ENJOYS it on their own!!!!
