Food is outstanding! Especially the bianca and chicken parm pies tonight. It's also a great spot to watch the games. Special shoutout to Paris for being an excellent server. Engaging, attentive and so very pleasant. We can't wait for our next visit.
We sat out in the patio area. The hostess left menus, but not enough for the group. I was the last to join the group and waited 20 mins before asking another server if we had a waitress. She said she would ask, after another 5 minutes, I went to the hostess. The server came while I left, she saw me go to the hostess. (because she could see us from the bar area). Service was a struggle. She would only take half of our orders and then leave. We were wondering why she didn't...
Food was very good. Waitress we had was inattentive and got our order wrong, We had no choice but to engage another waitress at one point because ours disappeared to the restroom for over 20 minutes. We observed the secondary waitress go over to the manager after we spoke with her. Instead of the manager coming over to us to address the lack of service or incorrect order, he took his cell phone and moved to the far corner of the restaurant where he thought he was out of our view....
