Me and my mother just got two grilled chicken wraps and 4 other people got their food before us.. it took 15 minutes to make two grilled chicken wraps with fries and it was lunch time. We used to get food at this Wendy’s all the time, but now the workers are rude and don’t even greet us and just kind of ignore us. Horrible service won’t be going back there for awhile..

My orders are often wrong if its peak lunch or dinner times.If I choose to customize my burger ( ie: extra Lettuce and tomato selected) I usually still get standard amount of toppings.And when I ask for little or no ice, I often get annoyed look if my drink was already prepped with ice, has to be dumped to be served correctly.

The girls that work there well only one who isHispanic and uses glasses is very rude she’ll be just standing there and doesn’t get your order even thou no one else is online Inwpukd like to report her with her supervised but don’t know how I eat there and she was taking my order and was very rude and blame me for leaving the trash of the straw when it wasn’t me

I ordered the $5 biggie bag and it was the chicken BLT one. I got all the way back to work before opening the chicken and realizing that the sandwich didnt have the chicken patty on it!! How do you forget to put the chicken on the chicken sandwich?? Other people at my work have had this happen too. It wasnt even busy there were maybe two other customers there.

What can I say? Wendy’s will always have one of the fast food best burgers anywhere. Shame they don’t have the Bacon Mushroom Melt unlike in the Philippines.

Workers here are disappointing. specifically the lady working front counter with glasses. attitude everytime i come here. doesnt tell us when we can pay, just horrible all arnd. you put urself in the position to work here dont take it out on customer bc u cant get out of your comfort zone.
