I’ve worked in restaurants for years and this place has to be the worst rudest customer service I’ve ever dealt with I don’t know why this place is so busy the food is all very low quality all frozen fake food

Have never eaten in store but the to go service is spot on. The best chicken tenders I’ve ever had with many sauces. The hot honey is addicting and the homemade ranch is the best I’ve ever had anywhere by far

Horrible service. No one greeted me or acknowledged that I was at the register for almost ten minutes before I decided to leave. There were four workers and they were busy which I understand. But to not greet me or make time to get to me. As I stood there for minutes… unacceptable.

It was my first time at your store . I can’t find the order number on the receipt so I made one up. Patricia Gill waited on me . She’s an incredible employee. She took lots of time explaining everything to me in that I was a first time. Customer. She made my experience great , and the food was great . I plan on be coming a regular!

Between 235-3 pm today on 8/30/24 I encountered the most unprofessional cashier today in wingstop 337 W main st freehold Nj. Two days ago the previous cashier had sent me to the shelf to pick up my food when I walked in and told her I am picking up. Today I did the same thing and was telling who appeared to be the same cashier from 2 days ago and that I am getting my food. I thought it was same process since it was my first time physically in a Wingstop. The cashier then proceeded to tell me “Move and get from by the shelf with the food”. She continued with an attitude which was highly embarrassing. Even if it was wrong there is a way to get the message across to someone. She was loud and in my opinion obnoxious and definitely needs a customer service class. Even when I stopped she continued and would not stop until I had to say stop and she still continued being rude. Wingstop needs to train their workers on proper communication etiquette. The manager came to the front and was very respectful and explained the process to me without being aggressive. The other male cashier was very nice as well. I will never go back to wingstop because of her. I am highly disgusted to say the least.

Unless you know what youre getting yourself into, easy and quick wings, reconsider and go to a small business chicken restaurant. The food is mid at best. I couldn't even finish my wings they tasted so bad.

I was skeptical at first because this wingstop has gone down a lot over the past year from what I can see in all these reviews, i came in 5 months ago and had a horrible experience, the workers are horrible there and they had messed up my whole order. I didn’t think i would ever order from here again until today. I placed a delivery order thru door dash and i was shocked cause everything was perfect, i got exactly what i ordered and everything looked and tasted delicious. Do you feel like absolute garbage after eating this food, yes but it was still pretty good. Ig order delivery and you’ll have a better experience lol.

Soooo bad. On normal days the food is really good. Some guy works and is really nice. On any days with deals they are such horribly staffed. Told me to come in and order after I tried online and with automated message phone call as well. After driving all the way there they said they are only taking online orders. When we asked, they were running around like madmen and said they ran out of wings. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my life. It was the manager who told the girl working to come in store btw. Very clearly heard it and she tried acting like nobody said that.

Came in to order food and were told we had to place our order online. Order confirmation said 17-22 minutes; after 30 minutes of waiting were told to wait another 25 minutes. More than an hour later STILL NO FOOD!!! Told to call corporate for refund. This is unacceptable service. Don’t waste your time.

I ordered my food online and was told it would be a 17-22 min wait. I came back half an hour later to get my food and I was told to wait another 30 min and that I should’ve ordered sooner. So I waited again and another half hour later I am met with the same response. It’s been an hour and a half and I haven’t seen the food I’ve been waiting for that was supposed to be ready in 20 min.
Not only have I not seen my food yet but I had a friend order after me and get their meal before I did. I asked the employee to look through the orders and they hadn’t even started on mine.
This has not been the only time this location has disappointed. Terrible service, rude employees, consistently poor quality, and understaffed. Do not recommend.
