Love the Wingstop. Great selection of flavors, and the wings themselves are usually high quality. Like the fries as well. Never had a problem calling in an order and picking up.Definitely gets busy, not a lot of other wing joints around here. Staff have always been friendly. I guess my only gripe is $$$, but it's not just this place, restaurants as a whole are just getting too pricey. Doing a lot more meal prep at home these days

Got delivery of food and was highly disappointed. This location is generally good, I guess out of sight out of mind. Be weary if you are not getting your order in person you may end up with soggy uncooked chicken wings and salty cold fries.

Store did not give my dasher all the food that was part of my order. Instead of focusing on customer service and resolving the issue by letting me pick up the missed items they told me to call DoorDash. When I said that would take too long the manager just cut me off and “have a nice day” and hung up.

While I needed to contact DoorDash to settle the issue ultimately, it isn’t hard to make the missing items and let me pick it up instead of having a bad culture of “not my problem”. Ultimately they look bad and get this review

Horrible service to start. Walked in and was asked if we were picking by an employee who was getting a drink. We informed him that we were here to order and was told you have to do it online. I asked “why are there registers and you can’t take an order?” He answered “that’s what my manager told us” and walked away into the back. Another customer said he wanted what was being advertised on the cash registers but he couldn’t find it online. We left without ordering. At least other places have a kiosk for you to place an order ☹️

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon. Patricia aka “Tricia” was lovely — she was friendly, patient, & efficient. No wait to order. Little bit of a wait to get the food. Restaurant was practically empty. Food was tasty. Would come back.

WOW what terrible service. I came in late at night, it was empty in there and had to wait 10 minutes while everyone ignored me. I was greeted with a rude attitude (and no they weren't closing within the next hour). This Wingstop is consistently bad no matter who is working there.
