Tried the daily special ‘sunshine roll’ - super yummy. So was the seaweed salad & 🍣 Excellent food at the edge of charming Frenchtown.

Had Tom Yam soup and Penang and Green curry. None of the dishes had all the ingredients that you would expect. The taste was mediocre. Asked for hot-spicy and everything was mild. If someone has never been to Thailand, this might pass. But it’s far from authentic. Two of the members in our party had diarrhea after. Do not recommend.

Great place for Japanese and Thai food, at a fair price, in Frenchtown! Highly recommended, and is very popular. We are at the sushi bar area since there was a wait for a table. Though a lot of people came in before and after us, the wait staff didn't forget to refill our waters or check in on us. Thoroughly enjoyed my drunken noodle and my bf enjoyed his tempura dinner. Would return!

The food here is great - I've been back multiple times and have recommended it to friends and family. Everyone that I've recommended says they've become a regular! Making a reservation is a must - there's always a line out the door. Quality sushi, excellent curry, and a very romantic/date night setting! Friendly and helpful staff.

I highly recommend! Fresh and delicious! I have diabetes so it's often hard to eat out without spiking my blood sugar because I never know when there's going to be hidden sugar in something. Not Bamboo House! Not only is everything I've eaten here delicious but nothing I've ever ordered has spiked my blood sugar. It's such a relief to find a restaurant that doesn't overly use sugar.

Took my fiancee and our daughter here for sushi, not really expecting much considering we were visiting family who live in a fairly remote area. I was pleasantly surprised, the place was warm and cozy, the staff were friendly and helpful (my daughter ordered a Japanese soda and had trouble figuring out how to open it and the wait staff were quick to help before I even noticed she was stuck opening it).

The sushi was well made, they served it on a large wooden sushi boat with garnish and lights decorating it. Everything was super tasty and we even had dessert (which we tend to skip often) and the desserts were delicious and well presented.

My only complaint was that it was very busy when we showed up and a tad crowded... but considering the quality of the food, I understand why such a remote location is so popular.

Whenever we are in town we always take the grandkids to Bamboo House. Sushi is always fresh, food is always cooked perfectly! Serving is good and it is always pretty crowded. Overall, always a great experience
