What a delightful surprise to find FINNBAR! Chef and co-owner is a veteran of Chez Panisse in Oakland, one of the finest restaurants in the Bay Area with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Turns out Frenchtown is perfect for this concept, surrounded by farms and gardens. Worth a trip!
