I have been going here for years when it was Ginny's. The menu is the same but the food is not what it was. It's now just okay but not outstanding. My daughter still loves her mac and cheese grilled cheese . I had a turkey Ruben, the turkey had no flavor, I needed extra 1000 island which was an upcharge (they did ask and we said not a problem) but since they did not put much on the sandwich it seems wrong to charge for that. I will stick with the Panini next time. Service was good and friendly.

Pleasant staff. However, the OJ was NOT fresh. It tasted watered-down. Their multigrain pancakes were not browned & tasted horrible. Finally, their home fries were only okay but not seasoned & without flavor. I didn't finish any of it. The manager kindly removed everything except the OJ from the bill. I won't be returning.

Local Frenchtonian here, decided to spend a beautiful morning having some breakfast at Gaby's. But wow, what a disappointment, this place has gone downhill. We waited 45 minutes for very mediocre food. Everything was soggy and lacked flavor. Save yourself the trip.

Unfortunately, each time we have eaten at this restaurant it's been disappointing. My intention was to provide constructive criticism, not negativity. We loved dining here when it was Ginny's. Hopefully you can use feedback from locals to improve your restaurant. Wishing you the best of luck!

Quality has surely dropped. Food is ehhh, certainly not up to NJ diner standards. Seems like they are always understaffed.
I'm sure the food is fine, but just under $10 for a simple bacon egg and cheese on a roll is beyond unreasonable. I shall not be returning at these prices.

The food was decent but service was lacking. No one ever came back to our table to check in and we had to ask a few times for something they forgot to bring that we ordered. Lastly, there are no non-dairy options for coffee.

I recently dined at Gaby’s, and I can’t recommend it enough! The food is absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor. The specials are always a delightful surprise, showcasing unique twists on favorites.
The wait staff is amazing—friendly and attentive, they truly enhance the experience. I also love getting takeout from here on busy nights; it’s the perfect solution when we have a lot going on. My daughters especially love stopping by to get ice-cream and their fresh baked brownies, cookies and muffins. The friendly vibe makes it a favorite spot for both dining in and taking out. We always look forward to going back whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
